"I came with my parents, and this room type with two bedrooms was just right. It's unusually pet-friendly; dogs are allowed in both the restaurant and the rooms. It's a 20-minute drive from the Fantasy Theatre City, and you can park for free at the hotel; a taxi ride there costs the starting fare. There's a small bubble machine at the front desk that you can play with! Haha. Many thanks to the friendly front desk staff; a pleasant stay."

"I have to commend the facilities and service! They have a full set of high-end gaming peripherals, regularly maintained. The giant projector screen offers clear picture quality, and the smart home voice control system is incredibly convenient. Plus, all the bathroom amenities you could need are provided. The front desk staff were friendly, check-in and check-out were smooth and simple, and any extra items I requested were delivered promptly. The entire stay was thoughtful and hassle-free, making it a comfortable experience whether I was gaming with friends or just relaxing."

This is our third year celebrating Chinese New Year at the Sheraton Guan. Overall, it's pretty good; the room and dining services are excellent. Just a heads-up for anyone visiting in winter: avoid rooms facing south. They get incredibly hot. The hotel's central AC only blows hot air, and with the direct sunlight, the room becomes unbearable for sleeping. To make matters worse, the windows only open a tiny crack – it was truly a struggle!

Two big and one small hot spring tickets: The hot spring is really bad. It is very small. It will be frozen to death when you enter the dressing room. After changing your clothes, you will see a lot of uncles and aunts. In each different big pool, there is no staff management. Facilities: Hotel facilities are good, there is a private soup in the house. Breakfast is an ordinary box lunch. We have two large and one small rooms, but there is no child for breakfast. Hygienic: Very good, plenty of sunshine Environment: very quiet, very warm Service: thoughtful, very meticulous
