Guest UserThis guesthouse was a last-minute booking, discovered after sifting through countless overwhelming options on various platforms.
It's a short distance from the ancient city. I initially wanted to book the most popular guesthouse there, but seeing the food stalls' oil fumes and imagining dragging luggage over cobblestones immediately put me off.
Right outside this guesthouse, there are charging stations for both fast and slow electric vehicles, and a Meiyijia convenience store next door. Upon entering, the place looked clean and comfortable.
We arrived quite late, but since we had booked multiple rooms, they made every effort to accommodate us on the same floor.
Fearing we'd miss breakfast, they even delivered it to our rooms after the official time – and it was delicious!
Check-out was also very straightforward. They even gave us a big bag of fruit, with the quantity based on the number of vehicles we had.
The owner's generosity is remarkable. I've never written a review before, but half a month later, I made a special point to write this one.

Anonymous UserThe floor-to-ceiling window in the room offered an absolutely stunning view. Opening the window revealed the green mountains and the Yulong River, making for incredible photos.
I specifically chose this hotel for the window view and the swimming pool, and my child absolutely loved it upon arrival.
**Environment:** A thousand square meters of lawn plus an infinity pool. The mountain-and-water themed blue pool was perfect for amazing pictures.
**Activities:** Free-roaming deer, daily cormorant fishing performances, lacquer fan making, and petting zoo feeding.
**Food & Stay:** With its own restaurant, we spent the whole day at the hotel and didn't bother eating out. The hotel food was also excellent, and they even offered free sweet soup in the evening.
It was a welcome escape from the noise of crowded guesthouses. The hotel buildings were well-equipped, and the soft furnishings, with their wooden and Instagrammable style, were top-notch.
There was no need to rush. We spent the whole day leisurely, relaxing on the lawn, playing in the pool, and feeding the deer. It felt like many hotels and cafes in Yangshuo have great aesthetics, and the scenery is beautiful, but the street aesthetics are truly dismal.
This was my child's first travel photoshoot. Usually, they refuse to be photographed, but the Miao ethnic costumes for the photoshoot at the hotel were beautiful and relatively clean, so we were able to get some great shots right there. Thumbs up! The shoot was quick, which was great since it was hot, allowing us to quickly get our photos and head back to the hotel for coffee.

Choosing this hotel for our Yangshuo trip was an excellent decision! The location is superb, close to all the main attractions. It's quiet and peaceful with great views, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The hotel offers electric scooter rentals, which have good battery life and are affordably priced. Riding them to explore the sights was so convenient and gave us a lot of freedom. The service was warm and attentive, making for a fantastic overall experience. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit!

Gitta B.Before we even arrived, the butler reached out via Wechat and helped us organize everything. She got us discounted tickets, took us to the locations, and solved everything promptly. For foreigners, this is especially useful as the location is a bit remote and information can be hard for find. Thank you Viv and Yalina!
The hotel is beautiful, divided into 8 buildings, but drivers are allocated to help move around and also into the city for free. They also help with booking taxis if you get stuck (like we did after Ruyi peak when we couldn’t get Didis anymore)
The pool is nothing extra however. You can take nice pictures, but that’s it.
The laundry ‘room’ is basically two machines in a tight space, not at all on level with the rest of the establishment.
The photography session is a nice add-on, because it wouldn’t be worth the money 😅 The props are old and weird, not exactly resembling the aesthetic pictures you see online. The ladder to heaven has paint peeling left and right and the Hobbit houses had some brightly coloured dolls in front.

muishenBringing my whole family, including seniors and kids, to Yangshuo for summer vacation, choosing the FaDai Hotel was an excellent decision! The transportation is convenient, and getting around to nearby attractions is smooth. The room's view is absolutely fantastic; my kids spent every day glued to the window, watching the mountains and rivers. The breakfast is well-balanced and nutritious, with light options suitable for both elderly guests and children. The butler service is very attentive and proactively offered suggestions for family-friendly activities. The free travel photoshoot was a huge bonus; the photographer was great at entertaining the kids, making it easy to capture natural and warm family photos. It allowed us to relax while keeping the kids entertained. We'll definitely be back!

JLowStayed at 栖心·九隐的院子(阳朔十里画廊遇龙河店) and honestly, the experience was something special.
The location is excellent, right beside major attractions, making it very convenient to get around Yangshuo without wasting time on transport. Everything feels within reach.
One thing that stood out is their 24/7 home-like service. You can contact them anytime, and they are always responsive and helpful, which makes the stay very comfortable.
They also offer 24/7 e-motor rental, which is a must in Yangshuo since it’s part of the local travel culture. Just a small tip — remember to take the umbrella attachment for the bike, the sun can be really intense.
What truly makes this place different is the personalised, family-like service. The staff actually pay attention to your habits and travel style, and recommend activities that genuinely suit you instead of pushing touristy options. For example, one day we got caught in the rain while riding back. The staff had actually messaged us earlier to take shelter, but we missed it and ended up drenched. When we returned, they immediately suggested we take a hot shower and even prepared a pot of hot ginger tea with red dates, personally delivering it to our room. It was such a warm and thoughtful gesture.
This is not a typical five- or six-star luxury hotel, but that’s not the point. The atmosphere is unique — cosy, warm, and genuinely homely. It feels less like staying at a hotel and more like being taken care of by people who actually care.
Highly recommended if you value comfort, warmth, and a more personal travel experience.

Anonymous User1. **Facilities & Hygiene:** The mattress was comfortable, the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, and there was a high-quality bathtub. Upon entering the room, there was a fresh, pleasant aroma, and the cleanliness was impeccable.
2. **Location (Superb):** This hotel is right next to West Street and the Li River. You're just a few dozen meters from the pedestrian street, truly offering a 'quiet retreat in a bustling area.' It was completely peaceful.
3. **Views & Design:** The lobby has a very stylish design, perfect for photos. From the rooftop terrace, you can watch the sunrise and enjoy the scenery (it's supposedly the tallest building on West Street).
4. **Service & Experience:** The front desk staff, particularly the attendant/concierge, were incredibly friendly and helpful. They proactively shared detailed tips for dining, entertainment, and activities, and even assisted with arranging an electric scooter rental. The overall experience was excellent.

Guest UserA truly healing hotel. The environment is absolutely stunning; open the window and you're greeted by picturesque mountains, rivers, and fields. The service is gentle and warm, making you feel very comfortable. I tried the head spa and Zen meditation, and the techniques were professional; I felt completely relaxed afterward. The breakfast is light and healthy, fitting the overall peaceful vibe. The only minor downside is its location within the scenic area, meaning you have to return a bit earlier in the evening, but this also contributes to the tranquility. Overall, I'm very satisfied and it's perfect for anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway.

Guest UserI had a truly satisfying stay! The location of Wangjianglou is unbeatable, very close to West Street and the Li River, making getting around super convenient. I specifically booked the 'Leisure Courtyard View Twin Room,' and it was clean, tidy, well-equipped, and completely odor-free. The courtyard environment is incredibly tranquil and peaceful, a quiet oasis amidst the hustle and bustle. The twin room was spacious enough; my family and I didn't feel cramped at all. The staff were friendly and responsive. Overall, the value for money is exceptional. It was an impeccable accommodation experience, deserving of a five-star rating!
