There are lots of bars and restaurants facing the sea, and you can even see the Busan Bridge. At night, you might even catch fireworks being set off from boats on the water."

"This was the first time I booked this accommodation for multiple nights, based on the good reviews. My husband and I are both sensitive to smells and hygiene. As soon as we entered, we were surprised by how incredibly fresh it felt, even though it's by the sea. The air purifier and air conditioner were running full blast, so there was no dampness or mustiness at all. The ocean view is also absolutely fantastic! Being on a high floor, the terrace was great for relaxing and gazing at the sea, even in the evening, without worrying about bugs or mosquitoes. It felt as cozy as home, with everything from cooking utensils and dishes to a washing machine. The surrounding area also has excellent amenities, including a Daiso, and it's a short walk to the beach. We were satisfied with every aspect and would love to stay here for a long time! We had a wonderful and relaxing stay."

"Check-in is at 4 PM, but you can check in an hour early for 10,000 won. However, the bed had a lot of hair on it, so I couldn't possibly sleep on it and asked for it to be cleaned. Room cleaning requests must be made at the front desk by 3 PM. I asked for a gown replacement, but only towels were restocked. There's only one key card; an additional one requires a 20,000 won deposit, which is refunded upon check-out. The parking is mechanical, and you have to operate it yourself. It's best to ask the front desk for instructions when someone is there, as there are times when no one is available. If the cleaning had been done properly and it was clean, I would have thought this was a good hotel, being close to Seomyeon."

Pros Comfort & Cleanliness: Spacious, clean, and comfortable room with solid soundproofing for a restful stay. In-Room Amenities: Powerful hairdryer, a full-sized fridge with a proper freezer compartment, and a versatile microwave/oven combo that makes reheating food easy. Something not suggest this. Fully Digital Access: Check-in and check-out are handled entirely via smartphone. Elevator access requires a dynamic QR code—screenshots are unreliable, and weak cellular signal in the elevator area makes loading the page frustrating. Room lights use touch panels with a slight learning curve. The system is not well-suited for seniors or guests unaccustomed to keyless smartphone access. Housekeeping & Communication: During a multi-night stay, housekeeping missed restocking facial tissues. With no in-room phone (only an online AI chatbot), we had to visit the front desk in person. Staff initially doubted the issue before providing a replacement, which felt unwelcoming. Vague Amenity & Water Policies: Written instructions simply state to collect extra towels and bottled water at the front desk, without explaining quotas or extra charges. We only learned about the water dispenser on the 29th floor (which is not open 24 hours) after asking the AI assistant. Breakfast Schedule: Last entry is 9:30 AM, but cleanup begins around 9:40 AM, quickly limiting food options. Arriving by 9:00 AM at the latest is strongly recommended. Self-service tray return is required. With minimal staff interaction beyond requested housekeeping, this property is best suited for independent guests who prefer autonomous digital check-ins. Those traveling with elderly family members or seeking traditional front-desk hospitality may want to consider other options. 優點：空間很大、環境乾淨、入住舒適、隔音不錯、吹風機很強，有冰箱可冷藏冷凍還有一機多用的微波跟烤箱可以加熱。 住宿體驗感不錯，但如果是不習慣全自助，或是無卡用手機刷門禁的可能不太推薦。 這次入住一些比較差的體驗感想： 感覺不太適合老人家入住 自行辦理入住及退房需透過手機處理 電梯需使用QR code通行， 每次進電梯前都要先重新打開QR code， 截圖的話有時候掃的到，有時候不行。 然後電梯內訊號較差會有點難開，小麻煩。 房間電燈都是觸控式面板 研究了一下才知道怎麼開關 然後是因為連續入住，有申請打掃房間， 結果打掃後房內沒有補充桌上紙巾， 沒有電話可以聯繫前台， 只有看到ai回復的幫手， 室友到前台詢問， 前台說有替換一開始沒有要提供的意思， 提出需求卻先被懷疑的感覺不太好， 雖然紙巾問題有得到解決。 然後紙張說明只寫說需要瓶裝水跟毛巾跟前台領取 並未說明需要額外付費，或是一晚僅提供兩瓶，未在紙面說明。感覺應該是提供給連續入住沒有打掃的房客領取使用，入住並未說明。 需詢問飯店AI助理才知道可以上29F飲水機裝水， 且非24小時可裝水。 然後早餐最後入場時間是9：30 基本上東西都還有，但是大概9：40就開始徹餐，選擇越來越少，建議大家最晚9：00就要到比較好，然後餐盤也是自助回收。 所以服務的部分基本上除了連續入住要申請的打掃服務，基本沒有，所以我無法評價，幾乎都是自助詢問求解。"

"The room was very clean. It had an amazing ocean view, and the bathroom even had two shower areas, which was super convenient. The location was great as well — very convenient and close to everything. Definitely worth the price, and I would highly recommend this hotel. I’d happily stay here again."

"The location is good, but the hotel sign is small, making it hard to find. The reception desk is on the first floor, and it doesn't immediately look like a hotel. In Korean hotels, whether they have availability or not, check-in is usually after 3 PM, and check-out is required by 11 AM. We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The staff told us that rooms are not cleaned in the middle of a stay. When I asked the front desk staff to help me throw away some mineral water bottles, she said there was no trash can. We booked a family room, thinking it would be a duplex, but the second floor was only about 60 cm high, with one 1.8-meter double bed. They provided two blankets for the second floor, one for sleeping on the floor and one for covering yourself. The hygiene was acceptable."

"The front desk service was excellent, and the hotel's location is superb. I really appreciated the free ice water and coffee in the lobby. It's only about a 7-8 minute walk to Haeundae Beach, and there are plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby."
