Having had a transportation problem, I asked the Hotel to use the shuttle to a nearby station. The person who accompanied me kindly wanted to go down with me to check the availability of trains/buses and, realizing a possible problem, did not hesitate to find another solution, accompanying me to another location and advising me on how to continue the trip.
