The room was spotless. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, especially the two ladies at the front desk whose service was absolutely exceptional. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

The room was spotless, and the bedding felt brand new. The breakfast selection was quite generous. The front desk staff was fantastic, always ready to help with any questions. Parking was convenient. It was a thoroughly satisfying stay, and I hope to return.

I'm finally getting around to writing this review for our fifth night's stay, now that I'm back home. I booked the room at 8 PM that evening. Surprisingly, unlike previous stays, there were still options available even at 10 PM. I was also fortunate enough to snag the hotel's very last room. Otherwise, finding another place to stay for my last night in Rushan would have been quite a hassle. The front desk staff, a young man named Cang Er and his female colleague, seemed genuinely pleased that we managed to secure it. For the complimentary souvenir bag, my mom specifically requested one with a Capybara – I hope no one thinks she's silly! It was a pity, though, that my favorite mints weren't included among the snacks. This time, only an executive king room was available. I still requested a room on the 9th floor in my booking notes. The room felt slightly larger than the business room. While there was a pillar inside, it didn't bother us at all, and we had a very comfortable night's sleep. Despite staying for several nights, I never had the chance to try the breakfast. Perhaps next time! The clothes dryer was in high demand, understandable given the hot weather which necessitated frequent laundry. The quick-dry option worked perfectly. The little note they left was also a very thoughtful touch. Over several check-ins and check-outs, I've only encountered a handful of front desk staff, and they've all been wonderfully considerate. Even when checking out at 5 AM, they were all at their posts and very responsible. My sincere thanks!

We visited Rushan and, though we only stayed one night, we were very satisfied! The hotel is new and well-equipped. The little koalas in the family room were super cute! Having a laundry room is a huge plus for summer travel. Takeout is delivered by robots right to your room door – so convenient! Breakfast was standard, but certainly enough to fill you up. We had a late train, so we extended our stay for a few hours, and the price was reasonable. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and friendly! Next time I visit Rushan, I will definitely choose to stay here again!

The room was incredibly spacious and felt brand new. The bed was super comfortable, completely smoke-free, and the room had a lovely scent. The front desk staff were very warm and welcoming during check-in, and they even offered a small welcome gift. I honestly feel it rivals many five-star establishments. There's a street right next to the hotel that's entirely lined with seafood BBQ restaurants, making dinner options incredibly convenient in the evenings.

The hotel is brand new, and both the ambiance and cleanliness are excellent. It was my first time seeing a square toilet, which was quite a novelty, haha! A particular highlight for me was the background music in the bathroom – that was a fun surprise! The breakfast selection was decent, though I was a little disappointed they didn't have my favorite cherry tomatoes. Unfortunately, the in-room amenity delivery service wasn't operational yet.

The hotel is ideally located in Rushan city center, offering great convenience for guests. Right outside, you'll find a large shopping mall and supermarket, and everything is very reasonably priced. Dining, particularly seafood, is incredibly affordable! The hotel is spotless, and the staff are all incredibly friendly and welcoming. The genuine, down-to-earth hospitality of Shandong locals truly shines through here. Breakfast is excellent, especially considering the hotel's price range. The overall ambiance is also fantastic! If you're coming to Rushan, you absolutely can't go wrong with this hotel. A big thumbs up to the staff member in the photo for their incredibly warm and enthusiastic service! 👍
