"Very clean room with a big kingsize bed for me one tourist to sleep on is such a comfort in Sydney. Love the tv and tv programs especially project on Channel 10. The french lady in the office is helpful and will assist you in everything and the cleaners are also friendly to talk to. "The homeowner is super good, the room is great, clean and comfortable, humane, a great experience, I knew I would book this home early. There is a coffee shop downstairs and the taste is great. Going out and checking out and meeting the passengers who came to live again, I think we will come back later."

"Except that the room is a bit small and the air conditioner's external unit is a bit noisy, everything else is very good. There is a small lounge on the first floor of the hotel, which provides a microwave, electric kettle, tables and chairs. Guests can simply heat up some meals here, which is very cozy."

It is possible to go to the center of Sydney on foot and if you walk around Victoria it is possible to have a very beautiful view of the Sydney landscape. "I stayed at devere hotel for many many years and occasionally is for business and study likewise as the room is very cosy, clean and quiet so I can focus and concentrate during stay a late night as is more peaceful environment surround with plants, with neighbourhoods and restaurants bar with entertainment nearby. It is close by walking and feel safer if u walk alone at night. The size of room is very reasonable depends the number of guests and different rate tailored from what you need and want with your own budget. "Great location and great people. For the price it is very good. Points of criticism: - If you have the upper bed, you don't have a socket on the bed. You may be lucky that there is an extension cable - there are no curtains on the beds. So zero privacy"
