"The location of the hotel is not bad, there are a lot of food on the side, there are Wal-Mart and CVS in 20 minutes walk, the opposite is a big pharmacy, the room is quite satisfactory, the breakfast downstairs tastes good and not expensive."

"The location is located at the center of Old San Juan. In front of Marmalade, one of the highly rated restaurants. Have 2 rooftops. Wish there are pools but its in old san juan so its hard to have that lol. but their rooftop is nice. Bar was not open tho. Maybe because it is off season. There is a 24 hour front desk which is good. Staffs are nice. I actually never had a complain."

"The hotel room was very comfortable. The swimming pool brought many people during the day and afternoon, and there was a smell of urine by the pool. The location is also good. A taxi to the old town will cost around 10 knives and will not spend too much on traffic. Breakfast was good too!"

"It was an excellent hotel. The front desk staff was extremely helpful—a special thanks to Alejandra and also to a young guy (how I wish I would remember his name) at the concierge desk- who made my trip memorable by guiding me to do some fun things on this short trip. "

"DO NOT STAY HERE. This massive resort feels tired and worn but that is the least of the problems. The pool was completely unusable. It was FREEZING. You cannot get in it at all, it was as though they pumped in frigid water every night. On some extremely hot days during one of the busiest times of year, absolutely no one was in the pool. Everyone was complaining about it and my daughter was heartbroken because it was what she looked forward to the most and after maybe 5 minutes her lips were purple and she had to get out. Then, there was the ”free” breakfast. It is only free if you are willing to wait on a line that is a mile long. People waited for almost an hour just to receive their promised free breakfast. We chose not to. The manager kindly gave us a credit after I complained but turned out that credit could only be applied to other resort restaurants that arent even open for breakfast! (in all fairness, after I complained about that as well, they applied the credit elsewhere). One of the elevators in our wing wasnt working- there was lines just to get on the elevator, nor was the ice machine or vending machine working. Despite the size of the resort, they didnt have the staff or resources to serve all of the guests- It was impossible to get a beach or pool chair, there was a long wait for room and pool service (I waited an hour for ceviche which isnt even cooked), and on our last day they suddenly implemented a bag search policy which resulted in a line just to get to the pool/beach area. And just to add insult to injury- I was charged $30 for a bottle of sunblock Some good things about it: - Very close to Old San Juan - Staff was friendly, despite their inability to properly serve guests Photo: Completely empty pool because who could swim in freezing water?"

"Generally speaking, the room is large, but the details are very rough, really not luxury, the advantage is that there is valet parking, and the breakfast is also good. PS: The picture on the wall has fallen off."

"If you like a small intimate hotel, rich in culture and tapestry you cannot go wrong here. Is beautiful, tasteful and has all of the amenities for your stay. As well as a four poster bed, lovely and warm shower there is a roof top with a hot tub that is lovely and hot, with sun beds too. It is so tasteful and exquisite you will be blown away. The staff clock off early, so you have to remember to have your access codes to get in the front door. The staff were very warm and welcoming to us.  There is a large dining room with an ice maker and microwave. You’ll love it, just like we did."

"The location of the hotel is OK, there are many restaurants nearby, there is a very good supermarket, but there are not many parking spaces. #隔音度# It is very common to hear the sound of the road at night, the hot water of the hotel has to be improved! Nearby are the cruise terminal, the old city of San Juan and the Cape St. Philippe Castle, as well as the beach..."

"The staff was overwhelmingly wonderful. The beds and pillows were incredible (I'd love to order some of those pillows!) Location was great, a few blocks from anything you need, beach, restaurants, etc. Restaurant attached was wonderful, and recommended restaurants in area were fantastic. Safe neighborhood. The hotel is in the midst of a merger with the hotel next door. That was a bit confusing for the taxi driver. The only negative was the elevator was not functional to catch on the way down. So, we had to walk down 4 flights, without a railing. I have bad knees and feet, so this was difficult. And we limited the number of times we had to go down the stairs, which cramped our style. They apologized up and down about the elevator, but, there was no offer to help with the bags or to at least help with the elevator the last morning. I recommend providing they fix the elevator, put in a railing in the stairwell, and offer assistance with bags under these sorts of circumstances."
