It is just a hop, skip and a jump from the Swamp Rabbit Trail, a bike trail running between Travelers Rest and Greenville along the old Swamp Rabbit Rail Line. Guests can actually gain access to the trail from the paved Lakeview Link that leads from Lakeview Middle School in the neighborhood to the trail. With a beautiful living area, full kitchen, cozy beds, complimentary laundry, and a fenced in yard for your pets (welcome w/ a pet fee), we are certain that your stay with us will be nothing short of Divine.Located on a residential street near a local elementary school, Chateau Divine is perfectly positioned to be an excellent home-away-from-home.Our driveway provides off-street parking and easy access to the front door, your main entrance.Guests will enter via a smart lock on the door with a unique code programmed for your stay.Upon entering the home, you will be taken aback by our beautiful living room with a cozy rattan sofa and lovely armchairs.Off of the living area is a dining table with seating for four. Additional seating is available at a pub table in the kitchen.The kitchen is fully equipped with all you will need to cook up and serve a lovely meal, and also contains our washer and dryer, which you are welcome to use.Downstairs, there are two bedrooms. The left bedroom features a Queen bed, nightstands, dresser, and closet. The right bedroom is the master, though please note that the en suite bathroom can also be accessed from the dining area. This room contains a King bed, night stands, dresser, closet, and a TV.The third bedroom and the half bathroom are upstairs in the converted attic space.The attic contains an additional window unit for cooling the space. The spacious room contains a King bed and night stands, a small dresser and even a lovely armchair in a corner nook. The upstairs also has an en suite half bath, containing a single vanity and toilet. Please note that the detached garage on the property is not available to guests at this time.A sidewalk leads to the front door of the home, which opens into the living and dining room space.Our living space features a nod to the Mid-Century Modern aesthetic with a beautiful sofa, 2 armchairs with ottomans, as well as side tables and lamps.The living room also features a smart TV where guests can log in to their own streaming accounts.
