It is located in a safe area, so I was able to go out safely at night. The rooms are clean and the cleaning is thorough. Breakfast was not lonely. It can get crowded depending on the time of day.

I arrived at 1:30 pm, as I arrived before 2 pm, I would have to pay 60 reais to check in. It is important to be aware of the rules. Better to say that there is no availability. I tried to check in again at 1:55 pm and the answer was I'll check if we have availability and out of courtesy I could check in 5 minutes earlier.

The biggest problem was in the relationship between Trip.com and the Hotel. It didn't appear how I paid for the reservation and I had to be more firm with the person who helped me (who seemed attentive and concerned, but, at the same time, had difficulty mediating the internal situation). You need to improve this! As far as the room is concerned, I was given an apartment for PNE that had more worn floors and structures that were more marked by use. I didn't like it very much.

Hotel bem localizado, com estrutura bem cuidada, camas e travesseiros confortáveis, rouparia limpa e nova. Café da manhã com boa variedade. Única consideração é o serviço de vallet que dispõe de apenas 1 manobrista e pode demorar dependendo do número de hóspedes fazendo check out.
