"MAKE SURE YOU RECEIVE THE CODE TO THE LIFT BEFORE YOU ARRIVE. I stayed in a capsule in the dormitory on the 3rd floor of the hotel, where self check-in facilities are located. I believe there are family units or private rooms on other floors of the hotel. + Very good location. Less than 5 minutes walk from nearest subway. Subway journey about 5 minutes from central Odori Station. + Very comfortable beds and good quality linen and pillows. I slept very well during my two nights there. + Very good and clean communal facilities - high quality furniture, spacious bathrooms (a lot better than the price suggests). + Self check-in was easy (apart from the lift, see below). - I booked my accommodation through Trip.com. That meant I did not receive an email from the hotel with the code to activate the lift (or even know that I needed a code!). Thankfully, a lady put in the code for me to take me to the 3rd floor so I could check in, otherwise I would have been stuck with no access to the hotel. MAKE SURE YOU RECEIVE THE CODE TO THE LIFT BEFORE YOU ARRIVE. - There are no cooking utensils, plates, cups, cutlery or fridge in the kitchen on the 3rd floor where the dormitories are located. I would happily stay here again for the money, now I know the downsides I have written above so that I can plan accordingly."

"I used to stay at cheap accommodations alone, but I went here with my wife for a trip in the mid-100,000 won range. Since hotel meals are included in the price when traveling to Japan, I did so because the location is a bit far from the busy Susukino area toward Sapporo Station, but the breakfast is nice and the rooms are very clean. Of course, it is not a hot spring, but there is a public bath, so we went there in the morning and evening. There are saunas, hot springs, and cold springs, and it is available from 6 a.m. to 12 p.m. Of course, there is a break time in between. The restaurant is available from 6:30, and if you make a reservation, make sure to include breakfast. You will never regret it. Since Sapporo Station is close, I went on a 3-day 1-day tour departing from Sapporo Station. I took a train from the airport to Sapporo and a bus to the airport. It took about 1 hour and 10 minutes. The male staff members are a bit blunt, but the female staff members are kind and friendly. When I checked out, there was a female staff member who bought me a drink. I was grateful and I will definitely stay here again next time I go to Sapporo. I went to Hokkaido three times this year, but when I get home, I want to go again~~~♡♡♡"

"The hotel has a good sanitation environment, but the accommodation space is relatively cramped. Check-in is efficient and convenient. No Chinese service is provided. The public lounge area is quite high-end and very Japanese. I like it very much. The next morning at around 6:36, the Japanese guest in bed 802a called and cursed early in the morning. It was too noisy and seriously affected my rest until I woke up. This is the first time I have such a stay experience. It's a bit too bad."

The hotel itself is relatively old, but very thoughtful - there are travel brochures in the lobby, a handwritten list of nearby delicious restaurants compiled by the staff for recommendation, various disposable daily necessities and coupons for cooperating restaurants, a small table with affordable instant noodles and snacks that can be purchased on demand, an ice cream machine and beverage vending machine that are cheaper than outside, an automatic coin exchange machine, free yukatas and baths for use, and if you make an appointment with the front desk, you can enjoy a free shuttle service to Sapporo Station when you check out. This is a pleasant surprise for students who travel on a budget."

"A spacious apartment for a family of 4 with self check in service. Requested for extra laundry detergent through email and got a quick reply. Free parking is not available. Think snow in front of the main entrance as no one available to clear the snow. Overall happy with the stay. Recommended."

"Convenient for transportation just beside JR Kotomi station. The room is long but large. It is not bad to spend with family. Because it is a line, there is a sound and vibration of the train when sleeping, but there was an earplug. I didn't care. There is no bathtub and the shower is small, but there is a super public bath nearby and you can eat, so it is recommended to go to bath. I took a while because I didn't register check-in in advance as in other people's reviews."
