Hotel lobby is very small and crowd. No room clean up service. No bottle water provided. Good location. We left the tablet in hotel during our check out in morning and aware on the same day evening. Hotel didn't inform us until we call hotel for enquiry. During the phone conversation, we need to translate in Japanese by ourselves since the hotel staff unable to speak English. This passive service level is upset as a chain hotel group.
