The hygiene and facilities are excellent, and the bath water temperature is just right – soaking in it after a day of walking is incredibly relaxing. There are steps at the entrance, but they're not too high. The location is really convenient, not far from several subway stations, and you can even walk to Tokyo Dome and Korakuen. The nearby restaurants, noodle shops, and cafes are all fantastic. The room isn't small, though the bathroom is one of those integrated units typical of economy hotels, which was a bit tight for my larger build to turn around in, but it was very clean. I feel like I'd stay here again. The free ice cream was delicious! I couldn't figure out the machine myself, but a nice young man helped me. I tried to go after 8 PM as much as possible, because earlier than that, there would be a queue of students.

Check-in experience: I arrived late and it's one of the hotel with automatic machines. There werent anyone manning the counter but I managed to get a staff to help. Check-in was delayed because of some issue (another staff came to support but was also unable to check me in with the machine). I would advise the hotel to have a separate system that allows staff to bypass the machine easily after multiple failed attempts.

Room size: I was travelling alone for work so the room size is fine for me (typical Tokyo hotel). The toilet was larger than some hotels in Tokyo and I appreciate that a lot. However, with an additional opened luggage, I can imagine the room to be pretty tight

Location: for me, someone who had barely any time to go anywhere, the location was perfect. 24h Donki was just around the corner (5-min tops), Family mart just across the street, and a stumbled upon a famous tempura shop across the street (Ginza Tenkuni) which served amazing tempura. The Ginza shopping street is really a walking distance away (for example, it took me about 10 min to reach the flagship uniqlo). I love the location - away from the bustling Ginza shopping area but close enough for a comfortable walk.

Breakfast: Breakfast was good with really friendly staffs. It is a small restaurant so may get busy.

The hotel is conveniently located on Chyoda metro line, there are some supermarkets nearby with long business hours so you won't starve returning late. You can use a public elevator to go to the hotel from metro exit 3b, otherwise you'll have to walk uphill. There is a vending machine in the hotel with nice instant noodles and beer. The hotel offers nice treats like macarons and donuts, as well as good face lotion etc.

Breakfast is quite good. Our room had a view on a cemetery but who cares. The beds were a bit on the harder side but clean, without any unpleasant smell. 

Overall, the hotel offers a very good value for the price.

Booked 2 rooms, one superior room and another one is a standard room. Paid extra for the superior but it turned out to be the same room. Felt like I was scammed… Also saw a cockroach in the concierge area at night. 

As for the room, I have had a comfortable sleep but the room walls look pretty dated with stains on it. Besides that, the cleaner (at least for Level 6) was inconsistent. There were a few days where the bed wasn’t rearranged at all. It is definitely below Japanese standards in my honest opinion.

Perhaps the saving grace would be its location. Overall, stay at the standard room if you want but otherwise, I wouldn’t recommend it.

Also, the laundry washing machine is extremely dirty with huge layer of dust. Have had a first hand experience.

The hotel’s location and cleanliness are excellent. Considering that you will probably walk a lot during your trip to Tokyo, the hotel’s proximity to the metro station provides great convenience. The staff’s attitude and warm approach were also very commendable. When I went to the reception to solve a small problem I had in the room, a lady at the reception accompanied me to my room and helped me fix the issue. As a negative point, I can mention that the air conditioners are centrally controlled, so the temperature does not really change even if you adjust it. Also, there are only two washing machines and two dryers available for guests, which sometimes feels insufficient.

The hotel offers both non-smoking and smoking rooms. If you don't have a strong preference, you might want to check availability for both. My friends and I had a bit of a mix-up with our dates this time, and we unexpectedly found a smoking room available for one night. We were originally planning to book a non-smoking room for six days, but because of this, we ended up splitting our booking. It turned out to be much cheaper than booking the full six days straight, as there was no non-smoking room available for one of the days, but no smoking room for the others. Plus, the hotel staff kindly arranged for us to stay in the same room for all six days without having to switch! 🥰🥰🥰 So grateful!

The facilities are a bit old, but it's not a major issue. The cleanliness and attention to detail are commendable, and the service attitude is also very good. Overall, I'm quite satisfied. There's a coffee machine and a waffle maker in the lobby on the first floor.

The hotel is located near the train station along the marunouchi line. From there, we can easily go to Asakusa, Tokyo, Ginza, Shibuya, etc. The hotel also provides free coffee and tea and snacks at the lobby. We were also able to store our luggage with the hotel after check out before we leave for the airport in the evening.

The room, though small, was well-designed, clean, and the bedding was very comfortable. On the first floor, there's a coffee machine, water dispenser, and a laundry room. Toiletries and skincare products were also available for guests to freely take from a display in front of the elevator.

For breakfast, you get two freshly baked pieces of bread and a small bowl of soup. While simple, at just 500 yen, I personally found it to be excellent value for money, and the freshly baked bread was delicious.

The hotel is just a ten-minute walk from Shimbashi Station. The surrounding area offers a wide variety of restaurants, big and small. Ginza is also less than a 30-minute walk away. The transportation is very convenient.

For Chinese tourists, my review should be helpful. First, in terms of location, I think the hotel's biggest selling point is its excellent position. It's a two-minute walk from Akasaka-Mitsuke Station, Exit 10. Nearby, there's a FamilyMart, 7-Eleven, and various restaurants, yet it's not noisy. Akasaka-Mitsuke Station itself serves about three subway lines, which is incredibly convenient. 

Regarding service, everyone at the front desk spoke English well enough, though a few spoke a bit too quickly, making it hard to catch everything without asking for clarification. However, they handled basic tasks without issue. The housekeeping staff's English wasn't as good; they also didn't ask questions and simply nodded to everything I said, but understood almost nothing. There were also issues with their work. I had an opened mask pack with only one sheet used, which disappeared after housekeeping cleaned the room in the morning. When I inquired at the front desk, they found it the next day, along with an AirTag I had thrown away. They explained that the mask pack was mistakenly discarded as trash, but I distinctly remember placing it in the hotel's basket (which contained the hotel's bathrobe, slippers, hairdryer, and what seemed to be body lotion). I'm not sure what the housekeeper was thinking, but what I do appreciate is their ability to trace discarded items and retrieve them. The cleanliness itself was fine. Japan promotes environmental protection, so hotels don't encourage daily linen changes, which is perfectly acceptable.

As for facilities and amenities, I only had one bag and a carry-on, so the room size was just right for me. However, for those with large luggage, it would be extremely cramped; once a suitcase is open, it pretty much fills the floor, making it inconvenient to move around. The bathroom was a bit small, but that's normal for Japan. Toiletries like toothbrushes and toothpaste are in the bathroom, while other items need to be picked up from the front desk. My main gripe is with the drinking water. I understand why there are no bottled water in the room due to environmental concerns, so you have to go to the water dispenser on the first floor. Disposable cups are available next to the dispenser. I wonder if, like many other environmentally-conscious developed regions, they could provide a large, hotel-use-only water pitcher? That would be much more convenient. Having to go downstairs every day to fill up and then bring a cup back is a bit of a hassle, but it's not a major problem.

In summary, if I return to Tokyo without any specific reason, I would most likely stay here again. However, for those with a lot of luggage or primarily exploring the northeast side of Tokyo, careful consideration is advised.

Service - couldn't get a scoop for scooping the onsen water at the front desk when i booked an onsen room. Cant drink alcohol anywhere in the hotel except the rooms? Not even the sky lounge, when people are on a holiday, the last we want is to be imprisoned when drinking alcohol. Not suppose to eat as well at the sky lounge, So restrictive. 
Small public onsen that caters to 10 pax max i think and its already really squeezy, rooms are small even for couples.

Not recommended unless for solo travellers. Didnt take much photos because its not memorable.

The hotel service is excellent, the hygiene is impeccable, and it's quite quiet. They put a lot of thought into decorating the elevator area for visitors. The ice cream puffs are delicious. The restaurant that partners with the hotel for breakfast also serves good dinners. If you're booking this hotel, it's worth checking the price a day or two before your trip for any changes.

This is our second stay at this hotel. We chose it again because of its convenient location. The airport shuttle bus drops you off right across the street, and it's super easy to catch a bus back to the airport from here too. Plus, it's right next to Risho-dori 2, and there are two convenience stores nearby.

For a comfort-style hotel, the facilities, environment, and price are quite well-matched! The location is excellent, right next to Tanukikoji and near Exit 35 of Odori Station, which is super convenient. It's about an 8-minute walk to Sapporo TV Tower and Odori Park.

My experience with the service felt a bit polarizing, though. 😂 The lounge in the lobby was a huge plus, a real 'soft' service that definitely made it feel like great value for money! However, since I stayed for three consecutive nights, I understood and accepted that the sheets and duvet covers wouldn't be changed. I only asked for fresh bath and hand towels, but they literally *only* replaced the bath and hand towels each day. 😓😓 I was quite surprised that the toilet and bathtub (since the shower is in the tub) weren't cleaned at all. 😂

Overall, the value for money is still quite good! I'd definitely stay here again next time!
