This was my second trip to Tokyo, and I chose to stay near Ginza again. The hotel is conveniently located, just a 5-8 minute walk from Shimbashi subway station. The area is fantastic, with local supermarkets, numerous 24-hour convenience stores, Don Quijote duty-free shop, and the Ginza shopping district with all sorts of mid-to-high-end department stores, luxury boutiques, restaurants, small shops, and banks – absolutely everything you need! The hotel itself, while compact, has all the essentials. It's newly renovated and very comfortable. The toilet is electric, and the shower has many detailed settings. There's a free coffee machine in the lobby, and our package even included complimentary juice. The service was excellent!

The location is excellent, very close to Senso-ji Temple. The surrounding area is vibrant and lively, and it's not far from the station, making it convenient to get to various places. The rooms are quite new, more modern, and better suited for international travelers' needs, for example, by removing single bathtubs. The front desk has several Chinese-speaking staff, making communication smooth and easy. They also offer luggage storage on the day of check-in and check-out. However, there are a few minor flaws. For instance, the room I stayed in had some noticeable stains on the walls, which affected the aesthetics. Also, the wall-mounted TV protruded quite a bit, and since the hallway was already narrow, it was easy to bump into it when passing by. Overall, it's a very good hotel, and the price is quite reasonable. I would definitely consider staying here again when I visit Tokyo.

Near to Akasaka Station. 15 mins walk to Akasaka-Mitsuke Station.

Nearby lots of restaurants options. I loved the Streamer Coffee and Little Tokyo House cafe nearby.

The air conditioning in the room seemed to have an issue; it was constantly set at 15 degrees Celsius, which was quite cold. I had to wear a thick thermal shirt even in winter. However, I didn't bother asking for help because of the language barrier. The value for money was quite good, though. It's hard to find a triple room for around 1000 yen, including tax. There's a shower, but no bathtub. All the toiletries are provided, and they're decent brands. It's pretty close to Ikebukuro East Exit. After walking around for a few days, I'd actually recommend staying closer to the West Exit!

The location is excellent, just a 10-minute walk from Shimbashi Station. If you're feeling energetic, you can easily walk to Ginza and Tokyo Station. The surrounding area is very lively, with many small shops and locals, making it convenient for shopping and dining. I stayed in two room types: the double room could only fit one suitcase open, while the superior double room could fit two (assuming no extra bed). Housekeeping is every other day, with fresh towels and trash removal daily. For repeat guests, you can store up to two pieces of luggage. Communication with the front desk was smooth; they readily helped when I asked to have an extra bed removed. The only drawback is the lack of a laundry room, which isn't ideal for travelers who prefer to pack light.

Exceptional stay. Location is superb, within a walking distance from Ueno park and its museums, very near Koishikawa Korakuen garden, Tokyo University, Tokyo Dome and metro stations. The rooms are well-equipped and very neat, with humidiefier/air cleaner and daily room service bringing fresh towels and bath robes. Super nice public bath area. Breakfast is plain okay, but the ice cream in the evening is just gorgeous. The staff is super amicable and nice. 

For Chinese tourists, my review should be helpful. First, in terms of location, I think the hotel's biggest selling point is its excellent position. It's a two-minute walk from Akasaka-Mitsuke Station, Exit 10. Nearby, there's a FamilyMart, 7-Eleven, and various restaurants, yet it's not noisy. Akasaka-Mitsuke Station itself serves about three subway lines, which is incredibly convenient. 

Regarding service, everyone at the front desk spoke English well enough, though a few spoke a bit too quickly, making it hard to catch everything without asking for clarification. However, they handled basic tasks without issue. The housekeeping staff's English wasn't as good; they also didn't ask questions and simply nodded to everything I said, but understood almost nothing. There were also issues with their work. I had an opened mask pack with only one sheet used, which disappeared after housekeeping cleaned the room in the morning. When I inquired at the front desk, they found it the next day, along with an AirTag I had thrown away. They explained that the mask pack was mistakenly discarded as trash, but I distinctly remember placing it in the hotel's basket (which contained the hotel's bathrobe, slippers, hairdryer, and what seemed to be body lotion). I'm not sure what the housekeeper was thinking, but what I do appreciate is their ability to trace discarded items and retrieve them. The cleanliness itself was fine. Japan promotes environmental protection, so hotels don't encourage daily linen changes, which is perfectly acceptable.

As for facilities and amenities, I only had one bag and a carry-on, so the room size was just right for me. However, for those with large luggage, it would be extremely cramped; once a suitcase is open, it pretty much fills the floor, making it inconvenient to move around. The bathroom was a bit small, but that's normal for Japan. Toiletries like toothbrushes and toothpaste are in the bathroom, while other items need to be picked up from the front desk. My main gripe is with the drinking water. I understand why there are no bottled water in the room due to environmental concerns, so you have to go to the water dispenser on the first floor. Disposable cups are available next to the dispenser. I wonder if, like many other environmentally-conscious developed regions, they could provide a large, hotel-use-only water pitcher? That would be much more convenient. Having to go downstairs every day to fill up and then bring a cup back is a bit of a hassle, but it's not a major problem.

In summary, if I return to Tokyo without any specific reason, I would most likely stay here again. However, for those with a lot of luggage or primarily exploring the northeast side of Tokyo, careful consideration is advised.

This Tokyo trip's hotel completely exceeded my expectations. From check-in to check-out, I felt the staff's incredible thoughtfulness throughout, and I definitely have to recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Tokyo!

The hotel's location is absolutely perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the subway station. From there, you can easily reach popular areas like Ginza and Tokyo Station. There are also convenience stores, izakayas, and unique restaurants nearby, making late-night snacking or shopping incredibly convenient. The most pleasant surprise was how spacious the room felt for a Tokyo hotel. Through the floor-to-ceiling window, you could catch glimpses of the city, and the natural light was excellent. Inside, the amenities were comprehensive – the Simmons mattress was soft and comfortable, washing away all travel fatigue. The double basin design and bathtub with a temperature display were incredibly thoughtful, showing attention to detail everywhere. The room's cleanliness was impeccable; there wasn't a speck of dust in any corner, and the bedding and bathroom supplies had a fresh scent. The complimentary portable WiFi had a stable signal, allowing me to stay connected and navigate easily while out and about.

The facilities are complete and the service is excellent. Even though I arrived early and couldn't check in yet, they arranged for me to store my luggage, which made it easy to go out for food and shopping. The only thing I think could be improved is that there was no drinking water in the room. When I stayed at the Keio Plaza Hotel nearby before, there was drinking water in the fridge.

The room was a bit small, but there's a convenience store right downstairs and the subway station is only a 5-minute walk, which is very convenient.

The hotel was exactly as described and the location is very good, close to Susukino. There are also many restaurants and convenience stores nearby, which makes it very convenient.

One highlight is that there is a parfait shop right across the hotel (on the 1st floor ) and a tonkatsu restaurant (ground floor).Both were very delicious — we liked them so much that we went back for two days in a row.

The hotel staff were very friendly and always greeted us whenever we passed by. The front desk also provides various daily necessities that guests can take for free. There is a water dispenser available as well, including hot and cold water, coffee, and tea.

We stayed for 5 nights. The room was cleaned once every three days, and fresh towels were provided daily. The room and bathroom were also quite spacious, so the stay was comfortable overall.

The front desk staff were really helpful. They offer a complimentary bar and you can even make your own bath bombs, which was a fun touch. The room was super comfortable, making for a great overall experience. The location is also fantastic, right next to Tanukikoji Shopping Arcade.

The hotel is about a 7-8 minute walk from Hakata Station's Chikushi Gate, which is quite convenient for getting around. Nearby, there's a Matsumoto Kiyoshi pharmacy and a Yodobashi Camera electronics store. Shopping options around Hakata Station are abundant, so the location is excellent.
