"Amazing experience staying here. Perfect location if you are going to Samaesarn, the room and breakfast were good and the staff there were unbelievably kind and helpful. They went above and beyond to take care of us and help us during our stay there as if we were old friends and guests in their home. "Outstanding resort. We’re a fan of the Renaissance hotels and have stayed in them in different countries. This was a beautiful hotel, immaculately maintained. We enjoyed all the facilities and services on offer including dining at all the onsite restaurants; they’re all outstanding, and the swimming pools; the kids pool was a major hit for my son. The views and private beach were great. There’s very little we could criticize as I’m always impressed with the quality of everything at the hotel."

"The breakfast on the first day was ordered from the menu, which was completely enough, but it was all in English without pictures. I chose American style and ordered Asian breakfast for my husband, but what I didn’t understand was that the American style I chose did not have rice. Yes, the waiter also asked me to choose a fried rice, maybe because I am Chinese! In the next few days, there were more people staying in the hotel. Every morning it was a buffet. It was okay. We all went to eat at 10:00, and then there was no need to eat lunch! In the evening, take the shuttle bus at 17:00 to go to the city, eat something to massage or something, and then take the hotel car back at 22:30. It's very convenient. Usually we don’t like to go to crowded places and crowd with travel agencies. , Lie down in your own small yard, read a book, drink some tea, swim and run, etc. very comfortable! And this hotel is so cheap, it is highly recommended for those who really want to spend their vacation and want quiet! I went to the city to see the seaside in Pattaya, it was so stinking, it was all the diesel smell of the yacht, and the crowds were so noisy! You can go shopping, it is really uncomfortable to live there!"

The fish house offered a wonderful view with a fairly average menu - nothing great, but acceptable. La Cucina is underrated, from the complimentary bread to the salads to the amazing pizzas, just superb.

TTravelholic เหนื่อยก้อไปเที่ยวRecommended! I came to stay at this hotel to celebrate my partner's belated birthday. The hotel is beautiful, with excellent service and comprehensive amenities. The room is very nice, but the swimming pool is quite small, and there aren't enough sunbeds for all the guests. The breakfast is a buffet, and we can choose to dine on the 1st or 8th floor. On the 1st floor, there is a wide variety of food, and you can choose to walk around and serve yourself. There are both indoor and outdoor seating, but it was very crowded (I went down at 8:25 AM), and there weren't enough tables. So, I decided to go to the 8th floor restaurant, which offered an à la carte buffet, along with a small buffet counter and sparkling wine.

The main reason to love this hotel is relatively soft beds and nice pillows of different hardness so you can choose the most comfortable one.
But there're a lot of cons too.
- you can leave a ”make my room” sign on the door's handle at 7:30 in the morning and find it untouched at 4:00 afternoon;
- drain in the bathroom isn't capable to deal with even 1/3 of possible water pressure so you'll find yourself in the puddle after 2 minutes of taking shower. Same for the room 304 and same for the room 310;
- take a look behind the corner of 3rd floor. Maybe you'll find a pigeon sitting in the nest on the AC outdoor unit. And maybe all the wall behind this block will be covered with guano. Is it a hotel or a bird colony?
I think that stuff should be more involved in the hotel's business and less relaxed during the day.

The room is quite clean, except that I found cockroach in the master bedroom-bathroom. Also I park overnight at the parking lot in front of lobby and it turns out there is the dirt and resin from the tree all over my car.
Overall it is still a good place to stay and i might probably come back.

Far from the Pattaya crowded places but we rented a car so everything was easy for us.
The hotel does not provide toothbrushes, toothpaste, slippers, only shampoo and shower gel.
But it's worth the price.

ไไป ไหน ดีThis hotel is in a very good location. For people who will travel to Koh Samae San or Koh Kham because they are in the city. Near the queue of minibuses at Samae San channel. At night it is near the night market. Even though the room is old, the air conditioner is cool, the water is strong, and the service staff are very good.
