GGuest UserThe staff were really friendly and helpful, and the hotel very comfortable. Our room was kept spotless and the bathroom re-stocked every day. Breakfast was very good and varied. I loved that we could leave our skis and boots at Vallon Blanche ski rental, just down the steps from the hotel, and from there we just had to cross the road to reach the lifts and could ski right back at the end of the day.

AAsumi JEveryone at hotel including ski shop was very accommodating and very nice I recommend this lovely hotel ! It’s gotta amazing spa sauna and steam room, ski hire was reasonably priced compared to others and very easy access to ski out the door directly outside the locker room.

韦韦恩贝格-克布利茨宣统It seems to be an annex apartment of a star-level hotel. If you arrive at night, you need to check in at the next hotel. The location is not on the main road, but at the back of the row opposite the train station. There are microwaves, kettles, and coffee machines. Electric stove, boiling pan, refrigerator, but no frying pan, no condiments, comfortable bed, generally very good, there are very few food around, Annecy is too expensive, so it’s okay to live here and pass by.

Really clean, spotless clealiness👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻, the friendly and supportive staff ( both day shift and night shift, the English speaking male at night I think I spotted his name tag with name starts with A, and the beautiful silver hair English speaking lady on day shift, they were really really helpful and supportive. I am very grateful), really comfortable place. Would I recommend ? Yes.
Would I come back if given a chance and all else permits? Yes !!

The room is almost perfect.. if you could please consider.. please don't use paper cup if possible ? But that's just my personal preference, nothing wrong with it :)
Sometimes I could smell cigarette smell even if I am not smoking. I guess this is ventilation/ building structure, and it is not a shortcoming. One of the smaller light bulb on the left in the wall lamp is out, please consider replacing the bulb when all else permits but the three lightbulbs wall lamp works fine without one bulb.
Take you for the marvellous service and place. Please take care.

NNadezdaSWe used this place as a stopover on our way to Paris. Please, note that the reception closes at 8 pm! So if you arrive later you will need a code to open the gate, the front door and get a key to your room. CONTACT the reception beforehand. We had a few scary moments trying to get this because the mobile connection on the road wasn't great + roaming.
The hotel is simple, tired but clean. Bonuses: there's a kettle and a heater in the room. The lady at reception was very sweet. Merci!
