Golf course (18 hole) 12 km, children's playground 400 m, fishing possibilities 5 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence. 2-room apartment 44 m2, on the ground floor. Modern and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with satellite TV (flat screen), radio. 1 room with 1 french bed and satellite TV (flat screen). Kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Underfloor heating. Terrace 22 m2.
