"Great location, beautiful view, but the room has nothing, very old. When checking out, there was a bill for food that was not ours, another 120 Swiss francs were charged. We had to explain. Luckily, there was a bill for food on the phone that we ate 1 hour before the false bill, so we were saved. Some of the staff look at Asians as not being friendly, some are nice. No air conditioning, very hot, if you don't ask for a fan, they won't give it. 10,000 baht per night, hard to accept. Breakfast is almost nothing."

"The hotel gives full marks, The grandfather at the front desk was very gentleman, The dinner service grandpa was also very gentleman! And dinner is the best meal in Switzerland. The steak is just right! The chips are especially authentic. The room is clean, Not big, but there are slippers and conditioner. The sound insulation is a little worse, But the scenery is excellent, Super recommended! !"

"Location from the hotel just a few steps from the lake in Brunnen. Rooms are simply but clean furnished. Little cart with care articles was made available as little attention. Breakfast was enough, for everyone something with it. My room was in the neighborhood next to the skin house. You had to go up a stair and it was very ice on that day, unfortunately no salt was spread and it was partly very smooth on the stairs. Otherwise nothing was too bad"

Very interesting boss, the hotel room is not bad, mainly the view and balcony are very surprising, the room equipment is also not bad, the hotel breakfast is pretty good, it's too cost-effective. "My daughter and I stayed here for one night while travelling to Italy. It’s convenient and at the same time its position between the lake and mountains enabled us to get a taste of typical Swiss scenery. The staff speak English and it appears the hotel has a lot of British guests from Leger Holidays. Our room was large but very utilitarian. There was no kettle or fridge. We enjoyed our dinner there and breakfast was good although some items were sparse as the coach guests had been through. Our meal was expensive for what it was but we expected that."

"Perfect for a weekend getaway! The staff at both the reception and restaurant were fantastic—friendly, welcoming, and professional. A great selection of toiletries, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The breakfast buffet was decent, with the added bonus of made-to-order eggs. Overall, a thoroughly enjoyable stay!"
