"Hotel location is very good, walking to the bus station and the Temple of Artemis, museums and other main sites and transit stations in Seljuk within 5-10 minutes. The first time I arrived, I felt that it was not easy to find. In fact, it was because the pattern of Selju was the alley that went uphill and downhill. Take a taxi to the Eli House 30 lira, and return from the next bus seems to be 4.5 lira. The boss is super good, although asking, will provide all the information you need, breakfast is also very good. It is suitable for taking children because I also brought my daughter. His family has a beautiful little courtyard. If the train station is afraid of not being able to find it, you can call him. He will call a taxi to pick up, 15 lira. The biggest problem is that the facilities are a bit old, the curtains are completely transparent, and the bed floor is old. The most painful thing for me is to live in the room along the street. There is a car that doesn't say anything. The sound of the dawn of dawn is to wake me up and not sleep well. Later found that the mosque is a few steps away! It is best to have a room in the yard, which is said to be noisy. The boss is talkative, very friendly, hoping to improve the facilities, and the hair dryer will be broken after a few blows! The bath water is good! The bathroom door is only half a fan, easy to flood into the toilet! There should be no parking stops, suitable for bus travelers"

"Very nice hotel, authentic, clean. It is located in a quiet part of the town. There are ancient ruins within a couple of minutes' walk. Across the street (5 minutes walk) — noise, cafes and shops. The hosts were very hospitable. The breakfasts are plentiful and hearty. There are a couple of parking spaces near the hotel. The room is large and cozy, there are two large and comfortable beds, the air conditioners worked perfectly and saved us in the heat of 42 degrees Celsius. The bathroom is clean, there were no problems with hot water. Wi-Fi is very slow."
"1. The owner was very hospitable and enthusiastically introduced me to his restaurant and carpet shop. He also thoughtfully emailed me information about the official website for Ephesus in advance. Unfortunately, we were exhausted after a day of traveling, and after eating kebab for three or four days in Turkey, our stomachs were exhausted and we just wanted instant noodle soup. 😀
2. The fried eggs and jam for breakfast were delicious.
3. The hotel is very close to the ancient city of Ephesus. After visiting, you can check in and rest within 3 kilometers.
4. The room is on the second floor, and there's no elevator, so it was a bit difficult for a single woman to carry luggage."

"We were really very happy with a accommodation. The workers loved the laughterful help. Thank you again for guidance and other help. We held the room clean and we took the breakfast free room, yet they offered tea and coffee. As a good location, there is no park problem. The room we held was two single beds, thank you, they unite for us before we came."
"The room is small but the facilities are complete, the breakfast is delicious, and the price is high! It rained then, and the boss provided a dryer and lent us an umbrella. It was really warm. The restaurant recommended for dinner is also very delicious 😋"
"In the centre of the village near the mini bus station. Many shops ,restaurants, and museums locally. The host was a great guy and told me sll about his crystal collection"
"The hotel is strategically located, not far from the train station, bus station, and not far from the Ephesus Archaeological Museum. This is a family hotel, the store is warmly decorated and artistic, clean and comfortable, the owner is very enthusiastic, the service is thoughtful, patiently answering our questions, leaving us a good impression!"

Outstanding
GGuest UserUnforgettable hotel in Selcuk
The owner of the hotel is very nice and kind. She recommended us the place to eat and her friend suggested us the place to go. Also, her husband taught us the way get to the airport. The hotel is very new and tidy. The rooms are very big. We had a nice delicious breakfast with fresh orange juice made by the owner in a very beautiful garden.
Thank you so much to give me
unforgettable experience here. We highly recommend you to stay in this hotel.
MMengzhu LThis was our favorite hotel during our trip to Turkey 😊Over the past two days, our overall impression of the hotel has been: peaceful, comfortable, professional, and sincere.
The room was tidy, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming. We arrived at the hotel quite late, and we are especially grateful to the lovely girl at the reception
desk who waited for us and greeted us warmly.
Since it’s the off-season now, there were very few guests, and it seemed like we were the only ones staying here over the past two days. However, the hotel still provided us with a buffet breakfast and maintained a clean swimming pool, which truly showed their dedication and attention to detail.
Thank you to all the staff! And thank you, Ephesus, for giving us such wonderful memories!
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is conveniently located. The villa is a two-story, stand-alone building with four rooms, two on the ground floor and two on the second floor. The downside is that the small living room on the first floor doesn't have air conditioning. It was incredibly hot midday and in the afternoon, so I had to retreat to an air-conditioned room or the small living room on the second floor (Figure 1), but the air conditioning wasn't very effective. For this type of hotel, you need to bring your own daily necessities like disposable slippers, toothbrushes, and towels, otherwise getting them from the hotel isn't easy. The entrance to our small stand-alone building is right outside a scenic spot (Figures 4-6). Figures 7-11 show the hotel's small restaurant, which offers beautiful sunset views.
AAmaranthineI really liked the hostel. Simply wonderful! The employees are just wonderful people! The young man knows English very well! And he even knows a lot of words in Russian. Kind and responsive! The woman at the reception was also very kind to me. Everything in the room is very comfortable. Everything is clean, the bathrooms are also clean! Very good location and reasonable price. If I come to Selcuk again, I will definitely stay at this hostel. Thanks to all the staff and I wish you many good and kind guests
GGuest UserThis Livia Hotel and the Livia Garden Hotel are the same store. After we arrived, the Livia Hotel was closed. It took some effort to contact the store. After contacting the store, the store took us to the new Livia Garden Hotel.
The new hotel is small in size, but the environment is very good, you can feel the boss's aesthetic and style is still very online. The boss was polite and enthusiastic, told us where it was worth going, and also helped us plan the itinerary. We came to Turkey for 14 days and when we came back, this hotel was the most impressive and talked about hotel we both had.
GGuest UserVery beautiful small yard, the boss and his wife are hospitable, the English is very good, there are questions and answers, take the initiative to provide a map of selkuk, will recommend a cost-effective delicious restaurant, and will remind you not to forget to visit experience museum in Ephesus. Room facilities are relatively simple, similar to domestic farmhouses. Breakfast is delicious, the boss will feed the cat during breakfast time, and the nearby cats will queue up from the gap in the flower bed to enter the yard to eat, too cute
MMałgorzataThe hotel itself is exuist, and the views and nature are simply breathtaking. Our room was spacious and well furnished with huge balcony. Spending evenings on the pool to observe sunset was very pleasant experience. Breakfasts are very tasty and each day you can find something special. The only thing is that once we checked in apart from the key to the room we haven't received any information about the facilities also even about the meals rules (breakfast even!) and we had to seek that info from the restaurant staff (not everyone speaks English). It is not hard to get to the hotel if you simply follow the instructions they've kindly sent us via WhatsApp.
LLet’s Go Solo!Outstanding service and friendliness. Made to feel like part of the family and at ease. Great advice given of tours to join and places to visit as well as where to eat…take their advice it is amazing. Room was really comfortable and had everything you would need. It was located in the perfect location to get to where you needed and wanted to go. Really close to restaurants and saint johns church. Breakfast was amazing and the coffee was probably the best I’ve had so far in Turkey!
I would definetly stay here again. Thank you for the amazing stay!
IIrir bThe location is amazing!
You can walk to St. John's Church and the city walls, and it takes 10 minutes to get to the station. There are plenty of shops, so you won't have any trouble finding something to eat.
There is also a supermarket just 200-300 meters away.
The room didn't have a view, but it was spacious and there was a small terrace.
There was a closet, a refrigerator, cups, an electric kettle, and a hair dryer. The room was full of space with four beds, so there was no table in the room, but we could use the table and chairs on the terrace.
There is a corridor, so there is plenty of space to spread out your suitcase.
There is a small shelf by the bed, and plenty of outlets.
There is no dedicated parking lot, but you can park right in front of the building, so it's not a problem.
It's a bit of a slope, but because it's on top of a slope, the view is great. This time, I was on a budget for a room without a view, but if I have the opportunity again, I would like to stay in a room with a better view.
The room was clean, and the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.
I recommend it. Thank you.
IIvan PranovichOverall simple hotel in Selcuk. The main story is about breakfast. It was different information in booking for me and hotel owner. He insisted several times that it’s not included in spite of showing not only booking with breakfast but the conversation with trip.com confirming that it’s with breakfast. I spent about an hour for such conversation with all counter parties. Finally at check out I was said that breakfast is always free in this hotel. I did not understand for what reason it was needed to insist about breakfast for several days in a row. We came here for the rest but not for business conversations. Overall it’s normal hotel for overnight.
