"I went there with a worried mood at first, but unexpectedly I felt it was very good and I liked it quite a lot. The cleaning was also done great. The service counter is also very high-tech and very friendly. Even if you don't speak English, she will patiently communicate with you through a translator. "It's always a pleasure to stay at the Pier and give credit to the staff for their enthusiastic and excellent service. My room was lovely as usual. My only criticism is the bathroom tiles are getting old and are showing their age...re: mould type stuff in the grouting...no big deal but probably need some work to bring the standards up a notch! Wasn't a problem for me but that's my 10 cents worth of constructive criticism 🤠 "

"I have stay at the Links hotel quite often without any issues, but this time was different. I booked through a booking website for 2 adults and 3 children, for 2 nights. First night was ok, came back 2nd day after going out for a while, aircon had been turned off, cleaners came in when we asked them not to, made 2 beds and left the double bed, didn’t clean anything at all and only left 2 towels. When I questioned the receptionist she said I only booked for 2 people for the 2nd night. And she was quite rude , yet I had confirmation on my phone otherwise. The booking company sent thru only 2 people for 2nd night. They got it wrong and I had no apology from her or any explanation of why the room was “cleaned “ like that . I’m not happy about it and doubt I’ll stay there again! 😡"

"The front desk staff is very friendly. The first floor is a bar and entertainment hall. There is no elevator on the second floor, so it will be troublesome if you have a lot of luggage."

"Little bit far from downtown but it just takes 30' by bus. Good value hotel in Adelaide, very quite, shared kitchenette extremely clean. Fully recomended. Friendly and helpful staff."
