"Service and safety terrible we didn't even checkout yet our room was not available to us. And management did nothing except make it worse. They entered our room without concent and only double down and make you feel insafe in your booked room. Terrible experience. The rooms are not clean enough. Even after mistakes are made they made it even worse no apology and let us feel terrible."

"We stayed at Senlis as we had a flight from CDG airport the following day. The old town was interesting, we got to CDG easily the next day to drop off our rental car and Le Petit Bellon was well situated near some historic buildings. It is a reasonably basic place to stay. The person at reception tried to tell us that we and our friends had booked four rooms not 2 and only backed down when we showed the confirmation. Three of the four lights in our bathroom did not work and one of the cups left for tea had not been cleaned. So there was nothing major wrong with it, but I suspect that there may be better places at a similar price."
