"Very nice hotel in Setif. Novotels are almost identical in every city. Rooms are clean and you find everything you need. Staff/workers in the reception and staff are very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast is good and there is something for everyone."

"Hotel is on a busy street so it’s loud. Please note, AC is off in winter even though the room is still hot. When I asked to change rooms because mine was too loud and hot, the front desk guy told me they are fully booked yet the next morning there was no one at breakfast and the new front desk guy said the hotel is NOT fully booked. So sadly, the hotel service is questionable. If I’m back in Setif, I would pick a different hotel next time since there are so many!"
