The hotel is clean , staffs are polite but could not speak English but services are excellent , the location is perfect & very convenient to getting around .The only downside is that area in front of the hotel is a bit dirty , but over all it's still a great place to stay in Shanghai.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were very nice and welcoming, the room was clean, and the whole place felt quiet and comfortable. It’s also conveniently located — not far from the subway station, which made getting around really easy. Overall, a great stay and I would definitely come back!

The location is fantastic! Getting here from the airport by metro was a breeze, and it's super convenient for reaching the West Bank Exhibition Center. There are plenty of local eateries around, plus a supermarket and restaurants right outside. I'll definitely choose this place again next time. When I was searching for hotels, most of the chain options in Shanghai were budget inns like Home Inn, so for a holiday weekend, this price was excellent value for money. The lobby looked quite grand upon arrival, but I never expected the stay to be so disappointing! The air conditioning was difficult to operate and the air was incredibly dry, making it impossible to sleep all night. The item delivery feature on the TV was completely useless. Yet, when I reported a repair using the same system, the response was incredibly quick. Are they being selective in their service? I called the front desk to ask for water; they were polite, but nothing happened. When I called a second time, it was delivered within seconds. Why couldn't they have sent it the first time? Food delivery was incredibly slow. To make matters worse, the floor was still wet when I entered the room, which felt very unsafe!
