The ambiance deserves a solid five stars; it's fantastic and exceptionally clean. Our room was also spacious and bright.
Service equally rates five stars. The staff were warm, attentive, and highly responsible in fulfilling all our requests. And the cocktails? Absolutely delicious!

The soundproofing is a little worse.
In addition, after checking in and getting the room card, go upstairs and look at the sign when you get off the elevator.
The actual room you are staying in is hard to find. I walked around several times and came back here to look at the sign. Because there is no sign that I am here.

I was very happy to stay at Cintadines Hongqiao. Staffs are very well trained and polite. The location is great and many Korean food nearby. There is Aldi supermarket opposite the hotel and also a lot of coffee shops. If I have a chance to come back to Shanghai then I'll definitely come back to this hotel.

My experience at Atour far exceeded my expectations! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the staff's smiles were warm and genuine, like a gentle autumn breeze. They proactively helped with my luggage during check-in, thoughtfully brought local tea bags to my room after I'd settled in, and even remembered my preference for warm water when I returned late. These subtle details revealed their genuine attentiveness. The cleanliness of the room was a pleasant surprise: the tabletops and mirrors were spotless, and even the corners under the bed were perfectly clean. The bathrobes felt crisp and had a sun-kissed freshness, completely putting my mind at ease about hotel hygiene. The facilities are thoughtfully designed for travelers' needs: the desk was at the perfect height for working, there were USB ports by the bed, and the soundproofing was excellent – no outside noise could penetrate. What I loved most were their tea sets and the reading nook. Brewing a cup of tea and enjoying a book there, all my travel fatigue instantly melted away. An Atour like this truly deserves to be my first choice for all future travels.

The hotel has a charming, secluded feel, located near the Zǐténg Road Metro (Mixc City) exit. Follow the hotel's signs once, and you'll easily find your way. The overall design boasts a distinct Hong Kong flair, blending trendy aesthetics with traditional Chinese elements. The staff were all incredibly professional and friendly, and the hotel offers excellent value for money. Highly recommended – I'll definitely be back next time! 👌

RRara MomijiI stayed at HanTing Hotel (Shanghai Hongqiao Airport Beizhai Road Xindian) for 3 nights and was pleasantly surprised with the overall experience. The room was clean, spacious, and the bed was very comfortable — exactly what I needed to rest and recharge. The bathroom was also roomy, not cramped at all, which made my stay even more pleasant.
One thing I really appreciated was the working table and chair setup with a warm light — perfect for late-night tasks or anyone working remotely. It created a cozy, productive space I genuinely loved using. The Wi-Fi was stable and reliable throughout my stay, which was essential as I worked most of the time.
The room was well-equipped with a kettle, bottled water, toiletries, slippers, and a hair dryer. Housekeeping came daily to clean the room and kindly replenished my bottled water.
Check-in and check-out were smooth. Huge kudos to the hotel staff — they were incredibly helpful, especially when I needed assistance with online Taobao orders.
Here’s a fun surprise: they have delivery robots! When you order food or amenities online, a robot delivers them directly to your door. It’s super convenient and honestly kind of delightful to see.
The hotel’s location is ideal if you’re headed to the Hongqiao Airport or the nearby convention center — both are very close. One note: it’s next to a train track. I personally loved hearing and watching the trains go by, but if you’re sensitive to noise, you might want to request a room on the opposite side.
For the price I paid, it was absolutely value for money. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to other travelers — especially those attending events at the convention center, transiting through the airport, or working remotely.

MM752520****I have been in Shanghai. This time, for personal reasons, I chose to stay at Dengba Inn on Ctrip. It was my first time to experience this kind of hostel. It was like returning to college. It was kind, friendly, warm, and like a big family. The front desk lady was very cute and patient, and the boss was also very nice, especially the cleaning lady in charge of sanitation. She was busy cleaning every day. The bedding was as comfortable and clean as in the hotel. The lobby was a place for everyone to relax and eat. Movies were often shown to everyone. There was a washing and drying room, a public toilet, a laundry room, and a water dispenser and refrigerator. It was very convenient. Because it felt good, I stayed longer. In addition, there are supermarkets and vegetable markets around, and a few Starbucks that I often go to a little further away, and high-tech companies such as ByteDance also make people feel very Shanghai. It is very convenient to meet customers and friends. By the way, there is also Metro Line 9, which is about 600 meters away. In short, this is a very active and sincere review of mine. Thank you Dengba Inn for your loving service. I hope to continue to work hard and keep it open to provide a warm place for more young people with dreams.

Breakfast is provided and convenient, though the variety of options is quite limited.
The surrounding neighborhood has a very authentic, local feel.
Dining options are convenient with a restaurant called Fu Xiaoyu located nearby.
It's also relatively close to the National Exhibition and Convention Center.
The room's size and layout felt a bit constrained, likely due to its position, but surprisingly, it even came equipped with a range hood.
However, the bathroom was quite small.
Laundry carts were frequently left in the hallways, which was a minor inconvenience.
The soundproofing wasn't great, which could be an issue for light sleepers.
Overall, considering the price, it offers decent value for money, making it suitable for a short 1-2 day business trip.
The service was good.
