The overall environment is quiet and clean, with a neat and grand layout, and details everywhere show quality, making for a very comfortable living experience. The environment is clean and elegant, with excellent lighting and ventilation, and a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, making for an excellent stay.
This hotel was the absolute highlight of our family road trip! We loved having a ground-level parking lot with 24-hour security, which gave us great peace of mind. The room was incredibly spacious, easily accommodating our suitcases and camping gear, and we appreciated the shelves for organizing our belongings. The front desk staff were fantastic; they provided maps of Shanghai's attractions and even recommended some less crowded, off-the-beaten-path spots, helping us avoid tourist traps. There's a self-service tea station on the first floor with herbal tea available all day, which was perfect for rehydrating after a long drive. Housekeeping replenished our bottled water daily and changed towels promptly. The hotel is conveniently located just a ten-minute drive from the highway exit, with no detours, and there are plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. We were also able to get a 30-minute late check-out and store our luggage, making it a perfect one-stop solution for our road trip needs, offering excellent value for money.
The facilities are indeed a bit old. The mini-bar was locked even though I paid a deposit, and I had to ask for it to be unlocked later. It's hot, so a fridge is essential. I hope the hotel can be a bit more accommodating. However, the service and cleanliness were good, and the food delivery robot was very convenient.
This established five-star hotel truly delivers! The dining was the best I've ever experienced, and the hotel's service and environment were also excellent. The package deal was very good value for money.
Came back to these hotels 2nd time. It’s affordable and very value for money. Amenities are great and have everything I want as a family in each traveller. Does that stand of this hotel is very great that i makes me happy for most details but not spending extras for unnecessary stuffs. Hotel also have self service laundry and dryer. Truly 4-star standard but with 3-star cost only. I will choose here again if I come back.
Room photos are same as advertised and not overly beautified.
The change/improvement I see compared to 2 years ago are: new robot for delivering food delivery to your room, and modified the shower screen with non-transparent material.
My child had an exam nearby, so I wanted to find a close place to rest. I'd seen this hotel being renovated and thought I'd give it a try.
I arrived earlier than my check-in time and asked if there was an available room I could get into sooner. I ended up waiting about 10 minutes until a room was ready, and then they gave me the key card.
Upon entering, it was clear the room had just been cleaned – the floor was still wet, a sign it had just been mopped. It had a smart toilet, and I didn't use the shower. The hand soap was verbena-scented, and there were two bottles of Nongfu Spring bottled water. Being on the side facing the residential area, it was relatively quiet. The air conditioning was powerful. The TV was a Skyworth smart TV, which allowed for on-demand content and screen mirroring. There's a small booth seating area with cushions and a small coffee table in the room, which is great for eating and means you're not just confined to the bed. Everything I've mentioned so far was satisfactory, but now for a pretty critical issue.
As shown in image three, this huge bag of trash was left outside my door from 10 AM until 2:30 PM. It was ridiculous. Every time I went in or out, I could smell the garbage. There's actually a partition between rooms a bit further down; if it had been placed even 5 or 10 meters further away, I wouldn't have had to complain. This was particularly disappointing. The trash caused significant air pollution and was a very unpleasant experience. I hope the hotel takes this seriously and properly trains and assesses its service staff.
Plenty of restaurants nearby, so dining is convenient. It's also a 5-minute walk to the subway station. Highly recommended! Getting to the Bund is easy too. The hygiene is good and the service attitude is excellent.
Staying at Atour is always so comfortable! The room was clean and quiet, the mattress was just right—not too soft, not too hard—and the toiletries had such a relaxing scent. The common areas were filled with books, and curling up on the sofa to read when I was tired was incredibly therapeutic. Every detail showed such thoughtfulness; it truly felt like a 'home away from home' when traveling. I'll definitely choose Atour again next time; it's so reassuring and reliable!
Excellent value for money! Having a fridge and washing machine is a huge plus, making it perfect for anyone needing to stay near Shanghai Station for business. You do have to pick up your own food deliveries from the front desk, and it's quite a walk from the subway, involving a few overpasses. However, considering the comfortable environment you get for such a low price, it's still an ideal choice. The soundproofing isn't great, but it's not a noisy area anyway, so it was still acceptable.

AAmorndaetCleanliness always perfect, 3 nights with no worry even my room at the end of 6th floor.
Location is good if you travel by bus because it require to take a bus to reach metro but nearby had many local restaurants with 1 local groceries shop and 1 family mart.
4 washing machine and 4 dryer that enough to clean your cloths and it free with detergent included.
The room details and designs is very nice I love it, I remembered their logo and make me in brand loyalty already.
I feel no worry when staying at hanting hotel.
Some room at the end of hallway will have small stair step that weired for me.
I did not try breakfast but I look into it, it seem ok.
GGuest UserPerfect for business trips! The location is excellent, really close to my company. The desk and outlets in the room were ample, and the internet was fast, making it easy to get work done. The bed was super comfortable, great for unwinding after a long day.

__Star277145****The location is great and very convenient. It's about a ten-minute walk from the subway station, or you can ride an Ofo bike to get there. The front desk staff, especially the ladies, provided excellent service. I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Shanghai. It's a really good option!
GGuest UserVery pleasantly surprised to book a big bed room to upgrade to a business big bed room, the bathroom in the room, the bed is very clean, and the facilities are relatively new, the night is quiet, the sound insulation is better, ready to continue to live
GGuest UserThe hotel's location is super convenient for getting around. There's a supermarket and a bus stop less than 50 meters away, plus a Luckin Coffee and a McDonald's nearby. The front desk staff are really friendly and helpful; they tried their best to resolve any issues I had. Parking is also very easy. Definitely great value for money, highly recommend!
GGuest UserThe hotel has a convenient location near a bus stop, a supermarket downstairs, and a large canteen nearby with a wide variety of good food. The hotel is clean and hygienic, and provides disposable amenities.
GGuest UserVery satisfied, the aunt inside has a better attitude, just tell him what is missing, the experience feels very good, I plan to continue, easy to use, affordable,
Facilities, very good
Hygiene: clean
Environment: very good
Service: Good
GGuest UserBeing single and living outside, I can make do with food and accommodation, but it is unacceptable if the basic hygiene of the accommodation cannot be guaranteed. The toilet smells musty, the slippers in the room are extremely dirty and broken, the air conditioner is extremely dirty and musty, the TV is so dusty that the remote control cannot be touched by hand. I will definitely not patronize this store again
MM519169****This stay was absolutely amazing! The hotel's location is perfect, just a few minutes' walk to the subway station, making getting around incredibly convenient. The room was beautifully decorated and cozy, with soft, skin-friendly bedding. The cleanliness was impeccable; even the corners were spotless. The staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming; the front desk patiently answered all our questions and even kindly recommended local restaurants. Room service was very prompt. The breakfast had a wide variety, with both Chinese and Western options that suited our tastes perfectly. Overall, it offers incredible value for money, suitable for both business trips and tourism. I've already recommended it to friends, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time!
