All room types are dog-friendly, and dog owners are understanding of the cleaning fee, so we tried not to cause any inconvenience to the hotel. I informed the hotel in advance that I was traveling for my birthday, and they upgraded the room and decorated it beautifully. It was a pleasant surprise. Manager Zhou and front desk agent Ella were both fantastic. I would recommend this hotel to other families with pets visiting Shanghai. The location is also great, not far from everything, close to Korea Street, a park for dog walking, and the pet-friendly Xijiao Bailian Shopping Center. Overall, it was a very enjoyable trip!
