The room was very clean, and the location was super convenient with malls and a subway station nearby, making it easy to grab food. I was mainly in Guangzhou for a concert. The only downside was that when I arrived at noon, my room wasn't ready, so I had to make do with changing in the restroom. On the bright side, the front desk staff was very welcoming and polite.

This is the first time I've encountered a hotel where the room rate was cheaper during Chinese New Year than usual! The hotel facilities and overall experience were even better than described – it felt like I'd found a hidden gem. The location is fantastic. It's directly accessible by subway from the airport, and the hotel is only about 500 meters from Guiwan Metro Station. You can even see the Bay Glory Ferris Wheel from the subway exit. From my window, I had a view of Guiwan Park, which is just a 300-meter walk away, and Qianhai Stone Park is only about 1 kilometer. The room was spacious, and the amenities were new and very comfortable, giving it a premium hotel feel. They paid attention to all the little details, like disposable toilet seat covers and exfoliating mitts. The lobby offered complimentary tea and snacks daily, and for Chinese New Year, they even gave us a cute horse plushie – very thoughtful! Dining and shopping are incredibly convenient. There are large malls nearby like MixC World and One Avenue, as well as convenience stores, all of which were open during the New Year period.

This is a hotel apartment, and we booked a room with a bathtub, which was quite large – perfect for the kids to splash around in. I forgot to take pictures of the room, but overall, it was very new and on a high floor with a great view. Taxis are super convenient here; it's not far from popular spots like Happy Harbor and Nantou Ancient City, and the hotel itself is also very close to MixC, so there are plenty of dining options. Oh, and you do have to go downstairs to pick up your food deliveries (the building is too tall for robots to manage), but there are a lot of delivery choices available. If you're taking the subway, it's a bit of a walk, which is pretty common in Shenzhen – they say it's not far from the subway, but it can still be tiring. Overall, it's really good, with excellent value for money!

The room was quite clean, and the bedding was tidy and comfortable. The service attitude was good; the front desk lady was very patient, helped with my luggage, and reminded me about breakfast time. The environment was quiet, so I slept soundly at night. The facilities were all quite new, the shower had good water pressure, and the hairdryer was powerful. Overall, it was a good experience, and I'll consider staying here again next time!
