I was so pleasantly surprised by my stay at Qianhai Serviced Apartment! The location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk to Qianhai's core business district, making commutes and errands completely hassle-free. The room was spacious and bright, well-equipped with clean appliances, and the balcony offered lovely street views. The staff were warm and attentive, responding super fast to any needs. Downstairs, you'll find comprehensive amenities too, with convenience stores and restaurants available. It was a truly comfortable and convenient stay, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit Qianhai!

I've always preferred hotels with wooden floors, and this one was generally clean. The bedding was spotless too. The front desk staff were attentive and responsive, providing assistance promptly whenever needed. However, the room's soundproofing was quite poor. I was woken up one morning by other guests talking loudly for about 30 minutes, which was quite disruptive.

The hotel is conveniently located with excellent amenities nearby, right next to Zhuoyue Shopping Center. It offers a peaceful and elegant environment, and the breakfast spread is quite generous. Overall, it provides great value for money. Friends on a business trip in the area should definitely consider staying here!

From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with such warmth and energy—it instantly made me feel at home. Annie was beyond helpful throughout my stay: super professional, incredibly kind, and always one step ahead of what I needed. Whether it was helping with transportation, recommending local spots, or just checking in to see how I was doing—she truly went above and beyond. I’ve stayed at many serviced apartments before, but Annie’s service was next level. The apartment itself was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. Great location too—close to everything you need. But honestly, it’s Annie who made the entire experience feel five-star. If you’re staying in Qianhai, do yourself a favor and book here—and if you meet Annie, tell her she’s a superstar!

The hotel is well-equipped and very clean. Its proximity to Beihang University makes it incredibly convenient for any business or visits. The staff are exceptionally friendly, attentive, and thorough.

The hotel staff, especially Dora, provided excellent service, and I was very pleased with my stay. The room was fully equipped with all the necessary facilities and amenities, and the bathroom featured a convenient wet and dry separation. The location is also fantastic, being very close to both the subway station and shopping malls, which makes getting around incredibly easy. Highly satisfied!

Wow! Super impressed by this one. I can say for sure if you’re traveling into Shenzhen and looking for somewhere clean in Nanshan, this works. No smoke smell or anything, super convenient. Will be back again!
