Value for money, in a great neighbourhood with many food options, mere minutes walk to Gangxia metro station with many train services including line 1 to Huaqiangbei and Dongmen and a slightly longer stroll to multiple shopping malls. Common area was often smoky which may leak into the room, but luckily the one we stayed in had a window and quickly aired out.

The location is amazing! The host was really kind and helpful. It's a perfect room for a short stay, has a nice view through the window. The mattress is a bit hard and could be upgraded, other than that I had an amazing stay. Thanks

Great place for a short stay in the heart of the city (Futian District). Great location, comfortable room with a cosy feel. Small bathroom but it does the job for a short stay. Very kind communication over Wechat with the owners.

I stayed here for 4 days in Shenzhen. The housekeeper was very nice and could help me order takeout. The attitude was very good. Although the room was not very newly decorated and the bathroom was narrow, the location was very close to the subway and shops. I didn't need to change to the subway to go directly to the airport. The price-performance ratio was very high👍
