Hotel is easy to find and nicely located. Restaurants, shopping arcades, parks, MTR are all very close or within short walking distances. Apartment was clean, spacious, comfortable, well equipped (Gas cooker, cooking utensils, fridge, washing machine etc... Even a Home cinema) and quiet (Apart from 1 evening due to a noisy neighbor who was quickly asked to keep his noise down by the hotel management after I complained about it). Staff was welcoming, nice, very helpful. My stay was pleasant and hassle free. Will book again when around.

I had booked several nights, but I just couldn't sleep there, so I left the next day. The air conditioner vents were full of dust, and I was afraid of breathing it in. Every facility in the room was dilapidated. I didn't even take a shower that night, just made do with sleeping there, and quickly changed to another hotel the next day.

During the check-in process, another guest came to collect their luggage, and that guest complained about putting their luggage on top of the spare sheets. It was truly infuriating. After checking in, I was told to go downstairs to the other floor. They told me to walk there myself, saying the door was open. I didn't care much for the room amenities, so I won't comment. The problem was the bed. The sheets and quilt were stained in many spots. I don't know where they get these things cleaned. The apartment is older, and the interior facilities have been in disrepair for a long time. The shower didn't drain well, and the faucet was loose and kept moving. The towels didn't look very clean, so I hesitated to use them. The air conditioning wasn't very cool. I stayed in a two-bedroom, two-living room apartment. One room had a large window, which was nice, but the other room had a double bed, and the back door wouldn't open fully. It was so cramped I couldn't even change clothes. Overall, it wasn't a great experience, but the location was certainly convenient and easy to find. The room was very basic, with average hygiene, and barely adequate. The check-in desk was unmanned at night, with a sign saying "Out of Office." I had no choice but to call. A nice hotel would only cost a few dozen extra dollars for a very comfortable stay. I really regret booking this room. The hotel room was run-down, and the bathroom windowpane was covered in stains. The mattress was incredibly hard. My friend complained of body aches and asked for two more pillows, but was told they wouldn't give them more. I'm wondering if your hotel doesn't have spare pillows. Is this asking too much?
