My third stay at this hotel over the last year. I am always satisfied by the service. Love the location too.

Spacious room. Value price. Simple breakfast. Service is friendly. Walking to nantou ancient city is very near.

Pros: - Most excellent in cost performance! - Breakfast is amazing, very good variety for the cost. Includes coffee machine and milk too - The receptionist at night speaks english decently which is very helpful for quick questions. - The room was quite good overall (see note below) - All staff are very helpful, they even helped post some accidentally leftover clothes. - Air-conditioning works very well - Convenience store 7/11 is across the road (1 minutes walk), a mall including Starbucks, clothes, milk tea, toys etc. which is only 5 minutes walk and a fresh fruit store is only 3 minutes walk (across the intersection) - metro station is 10 minutes walk and there is s bus service to Xiasha (Subway Station). (See note about train) Cons: - Slight depression in the shower floor so water pools a little - not bad deal, I just use my feet to push the water to the drain - The bed sheets were not cotton, maybe polyester or velvet, so it can slightly too insulating on some nights, just need to stick feet out to have good mixture of hot and cold. - 10 min walk to to suggested metro station of Nantou Ancient City Subway Station (which is okay) but Amap Gaode map suggests Exit E, but the escalator is not turned on, so it's better to go to Exit A which has an elevator. Search "南头古城地铁站A口". - my room didn't have the door handle for "do not disturb" / "clean me"

It’s very convenient, near to Nantou ancient town and TrungSon Park, little far from subway. Staff is so nice and helpful. The room is quite small but has window, big & bright. I wish that the laundry is served instead self-serving

Another lovely stay at the hotel ,always very clean ,staff very friendly and the location for Nantou Ancient City is within a few hundred metres .

We had a fantastic 5-day stay at this hotel! The room wasn’t huge, but it was super cozy and comfortable for us. The shower was big, with great water pressure and a stable temperature. The room and shower were spotless, and we didn’t notice any dirt or hair. Smoking isn’t allowed in the rooms, which is awesome because it means the room doesn’t have any smoke or other smells. The bed was super nice and comfy. The person who helped us clean the room didn’t wake us up in the morning. Instead, they waited for us to leave and cleaned the room when we were out. Our room had a cute balcony, which was great for lunch and dinner. Everyone we met, especially the receptionists, was extremely nice, polite, helpful, and warmhearted. The location is convenient, whether you use public transportation or Didi. The only thing that could be improved is the unstable and slow internet connection. Sometimes the low and unstable internet speed bothered us a bit, but overall, it was a great experience!

It was amazing, very clean, staff is very friendly and helpful, especially the girl 01, and the girl who speaks English, surroundings are nice, 4 kms to the shopping mall coastal city, you can order a lot of western food, they have a robot to deliver to your room directly. I booked for my friend too and he thinks the same, so this rating value is double. Thank youu, will definitely come back🥰🥰🥰🥰
