Hotel location is perfect, but I still suggest to take cab from the immigration, ard 1x RMB. You can also request bday decoration! They are so sweet, even have bday cake!

I had a fantastic stay at Raffles Shenzhen with my family for my birthday. The staff went above and beyond to make the occasion memorable, brought out my birthday cake at just the right moment and even surprised me with a complimentary Singapore Sling. Special thanks to Naomi at the receiving counter, who greeted us as soon as we arrived and took care of our luggage before we even checked in, and to Minnie at check-in, who recommended and booked a fantastic restaurant for our first lunch. The team at the Long Bar on level 71 were outstanding, handling the cake and making the celebration memorable. The pool and sauna were immaculate, everything was well organized, and our room offered an incredible view of Shenzhen Bay and Talent Park. Every detail, from the attentive service to the luxurious facilities, made this a truly unforgettable experience.

The room was very large, and the snacks were delicious. The food is amazing, especially the Wagyu Beef in the Sky café. The Beef was tender and juicy, and even though it took a long time, it was worth it. My mother and my younger sister lived in the family's room. Inside, my sister enjoyed playing on the slide and in the tent. Thank you to Echo, Annie, Maddy, Qian, and Frieda for making my stay as pleasant as it could
