Siman provided exceptional service. The rooms were well-appointed, and amenities like laundry service and EV charging stations were a great bonus. The in-room service was also excellent. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

This hotel truly understands its guests! The rooms are equipped with super convenient USB fast-charging ports, and the 100% blackout curtains ensured I had a deep, restful sleep. Free luggage storage is also available, which truly elevated my travel experience! What a pleasant surprise! The lobby offers complimentary tea and snacks. The in-room air conditioning was remarkably quiet, and the non-slip mat in the bathroom was a thoughtful touch. They even gave a small souvenir upon check-out – such attention to detail truly won me over! The room was more spacious than the pictures suggested, and the bedding was soft and breathable, preventing any stuffiness. The Wi-Fi was strong enough for seamless video streaming. The freshly cooked noodles at breakfast were incredibly flavorful, and the staff, especially Xi Yin, had a very kind and gentle demeanor.

The hotel room had amazing natural light; it felt wonderful to open the curtains and have the sunshine stream right in. Ms. Yu Fei at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful. She was always responsive to requests but never overbearing – that 'just-right' level of service was a major highlight and has definitely put this hotel on my list to return to!

What's more, the hotel's soundproofing exceeded our expectations; we barely heard any outside noise, which was a huge bonus. The breakfast spread was extensive, featuring both Chinese and Western options. The ingredients were fresh, and the flavors were excellent, catering to diverse preferences. During check-out, the staff proactively inquired about our stay, which was a truly thoughtful touch. Overall, everything from the service and ambiance to the smallest details was impeccable. The value for money is outstanding, and I've already recommended it to friends. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to the city!

The room was spacious and comfortable. They offer complimentary porridge, snacks, and a late-night supper. However, please note it's quite a distance from the airport, approximately a 20-minute drive. While there's a shuttle bus service, we also found it easy to catch a taxi.

Just discovered another new hotel and chose this one based on its reviews. I was very satisfied with both the food and drinks – truly excellent. The service was consistently thoughtful and incredibly warm, absolutely top-notch. The guest rooms are spacious, the restaurant is grand and stylish, and the breakfast offers a rich variety of options.

The rooms were spacious with excellent soundproofing. The elevators were fast, and the air felt fresh. A particularly thoughtful gesture was the complimentary warm evening congee. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a wide variety of choices. The hotel lobby was very spacious, conveniently located near a main road, and featured an underground parking garage.

After staying for nearly 20 days, I developed red, extremely itchy spots all over my hands. At first, I thought I was having an allergic reaction, but then I discovered the bed was infested with bed bugs. I took a video and showed it to both the hotel and Trip.com, but I still haven't received any resolution. It's been almost a month now, and the red spots haven't cleared up and are still constantly itchy, severely disrupting my daily life.

I booked this hotel for a business trip. The price was reasonable, and the breakfast spread was very generous. It's conveniently located very close to the airport, yet surprisingly, there was no aircraft noise. The ground floor lobby also offered a nice selection of books to browse at leisure. The complimentary airport drop-off service was a very thoughtful and welcome perk. Overall, I was very satisfied.

Faint cigarette smell throughout level 7 of my hotel room. Fairly uncomfortable, with one spoilt washer in the laundry room. Though hotel built in 2020, it seems to be quite worn out. However, satisfied with airport transfer provided with staff helping with luggage.

It seems to be a revamped old hotel but able to maintain the service level of Atour brand. The staff are nice and cheerful. Good to see them when we checked in late like 2am in the morning. Breakfast selection is not bad though one of the local desserts still frozen. There is a subway nearby but I think most people select this hotel for airport transit.
