This hotel is an absolute gem with incredible value for money! All the core highlights are on point: cleanliness is perfect, not a speck of dust anywhere; Front Desk Agent #6 provided efficient service, no waiting for check-in or check-out; the facilities are new, the AC is silent, and the WiFi is super fast; the location is excellent, with a large shopping mall nearby and the subway station not far either, making it perfect for both leisure and business trips. The attention to detail is fantastic, you won't be disappointed – just book it!
First time in Shenzhen, and honestly, this is the first hotel I've ever stayed in that I found absolutely impeccable in terms of environment, cleanliness, and service. No exaggeration at all. The decor is very minimalist, the projection screen is super clear, and the cleaning lady did an excellent job, very polite. The front desk staff and the owner were all incredibly thoughtful. The location is great too; just a few hundred meters to the left are two huge malls, Zhaofangli and Dangyang – hilarious names! In the Songgang area of Bao'an District, this is probably the best choice for a hotel. I stayed for about 20-something days, and any issues I had, including with the internet, were resolved immediately. Every word of this review is truthful, and it's definitely worth choosing!
Honestly, if this were a five-star hotel, I'd say it's terrible. If it's a four-star standard, it's just mediocre. Here's why:
1. After getting off the car and feeling car-sick, I went to check in. The front desk staff took ages to find my booking, then told me it was for the 11th. After I showed them my reservation page, they fumbled around again and said they had the date wrong. Throughout the entire check-in process, no one bothered to tell me about breakfast, breakfast times, the laundry room, or the gym. I even had to ask where to sign on the registration form! Extremely unprofessional.
2. The only tissues in the room were in the bathroom by the sink. There were none in the main room. This is the first time I've ever encountered a hotel room without tissues. When I ordered takeout, I had to go to the bathroom to get paper towels.
3. The laundry room had large tubs of laundry detergent and disinfectant, but no tissues!?
4. As shown in the picture, the welcome fruit was the most perfunctory I've ever seen.
5. As shown in the picture, I have no idea what that door in the room is for. It's strangely creepy. Can anyone else relate?
6. The bathrobes were incredibly stiff, not soft at all. If they're meant to be retired, then they should be.
7. I ordered a lot of takeout, and after eating, there was a strong smell. I needed a large black garbage bag, but when I called the front desk, they said housekeeping was off duty. I had no idea where to put the trash!
8. I understand if the dry trash cans in the bathroom and room don't have liners. BUT! Since the toilet is right next to the sink and not separated, and there are no trash can liners, what if I'm someone who usually throws toilet paper into the trash after using the toilet?
Also, as soon as I entered the room, I found the bathmat on the floor. Most hotels place a bath towel where the bathmat usually goes. Is this the hotel's style?
9. The toothpaste was also very inconvenient. I had gel nails, so I couldn't open it myself. I needed help or had to bite the seal open with my teeth. Most hotels just twist and puncture the seal. Sigh, yours even has an outer seal.
10. There were no trash cans by the hotel elevators. I was carrying trash with nowhere to throw it. No wonder people were tossing trash onto the handrails (as shown in the picture!).
11. The view from the breakfast restaurant was excellent, the only thing worth praising. However, while the breakfast looked like it had many categories, it was actually very bland. The porridges were plain white porridge and oatmeal porridge, no century egg and shredded pork congee or anything similar. I was eating toast with butter but had no spreader, so I had to use the dining table knife. And cold milk! I searched for a long time and finally found it in an inconspicuous corner. Then one staff member said it was drinkable, and another wasn't sure if it was. Anyway, I barely ate anything for breakfast.

Checked in at 3am, urged to check out at 12pm, asked the front desk to check out at 2pm, the front desk directly said no, the attitude was bad, and said that the Ctrip platform booking can check out at 12pm, I felt that the front desk was funny, went to check out and said that it was possible to check out at 2pm, the experience was very bad
The service staff are enthusiastic and polite, giving guests a warm feeling.
There is a convenience store downstairs in the hotel, which is very convenient. There is also a food street with many places to eat and many choices.
The hotel is conveniently located close to the subway and convenient for travel. The rooms are clean and tidy, the facilities are perfect, the bedding is comfortable, the service is efficient, and any needs can be solved in time. High performance-price ratio, is the preferred hotel for travel, will choose here next time.
The breakfast buffet offers a fantastic variety of both Western and Chinese options. There's fresh fruit, hot dishes, cold cuts, bread, and pastries – truly everything you could want. The ingredients are fresh and everything tastes delicious. Every morning, I left breakfast feeling completely satisfied and in a great mood. The gym is well-equipped and being open 24 hours is incredibly convenient; it was great to be able to work out and de-stress after work during my business trip. The laundry room is clean and tidy, offering a one-stop solution for washing and drying clothes. Staying here made my trip so much easier and stress-free. Overall, the experience was superb, and I highly recommend it!
Hygiene: Dry and wet separation is done well
Environment: Comfortable and elegant

Outstanding
AAnonymous UserI was very satisfied with this room cleaning service. First of all, the cleanliness of the room was very high, and it was spotless whether it was floor, furniture or corners. Second, the professionalism of the cleaning staff also impressed me. They are not only skilled, but friendly and very comfortable. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend this service for users who pursue a high standard of clean environment.
AAnonymous UserThe environment and sanitation are both good. The aromatherapy smell in the corridor is a bit strong. I don't know if it's because the atomization time is too long. When I see a clean room, the doors and windows are open for ventilation. Other than the poor internet connection, everything is fine. The 100M is enough for playing games and watching videos, but it does drop the connection and the computer sometimes can't connect.
GGuest UserThe room was clean and tidy, the service was warm and thoughtful, and the environment was comfortable and pleasant. It was a very pleasant stay.
GGuest UserThe place was clean and tidy, and the staff was really enthusiastic. The facilities were comprehensive, and they offered a decent breakfast buffet. Plus, there's free parking, which is super convenient. Highly recommend!
AAnonymous UserI have been to many e-sports hotels with my friends. I have to say that this hotel is the top one in my heart in the Songgang area. The front desk butler service is very considerate and the environment is very good. The main computer is equipped with 4060, which can play basically all games. They can all open high-end configurations, which is great
GGuest UserThis hotel, parking is very convenient. There is a special master to help care for the vehicle. When there is a traffic police copy card, the master will call in time to call the car to move down. This is the reason I like this hotel very much because I don’t have to worry about the vehicle at all. The service attitude of the hotel is very good in all aspects, very warm, every employee has a smile on his face, which can let me experience a feeling of going home, the room is clean and tidy, no smell, there is a laundry room on the 2nd floor is free to use, and very intimate There is also free washing powder provided. When I checked out, the front desk lady saw that I had a lot of luggage, and she took the initiative to help carry the luggage. She was very careful. The most important thing was that the hotel price was not expensive and the price was very high. There were snack streets and large shopping malls nearby. It was very convenient. Recommend this hotel~ sisters
GGuest UserThis e-sports homestay hidden in security Songgang, the configuration, atmosphere, and comfort are directly full, and the hard core configuration is decisively locked after living. The hard core configuration is lying on the whole field-the graphics card is directly on 5070, with 400Hz high brush Zhuowei ➕ 9800x3d group battle is sliding to outrageous, and the skills are connected to zero delay.
GGuest UserRecently I stayed at a hotel and the overall experience was very good. Must praise the front desk clock [smiling face] reception is very kind, the hotel room is spacious and bright, the light transmittance is excellent, clean and refreshing. The bed was soft and comfortable, making me sleep well all night. The location of the hotel is also very superior, the transportation is convenient, and there are many shops and restaurants around, so that I can enjoy shopping and tasting food in my free time. I will highly recommend it to friends around me and look forward to my next visit!
AAnonymous UserThe most cost-effective hotel closest to the place of work. At night, there is a good convenience supermarket restaurant food stall nearby. There are many choices downstairs after work.
GGuest UserThe location is very good, very lively, clean and tidy, a bit old inside, the boss is enthusiastic, the price is very worthy of this room, it is on the 5th floor, pulling a bunch of things, a bit tired.
