Checking in and checking out was smooth.

The West Wing has no front desk and no staff, so after checking in at the main building, you have to use your room key to enter the West Wing, which is locked. The rooms don't have an auto-lock, so it's easy to forget to lock your door. Aside from that, there is a large public bath and the breakfast is delicious.

It was within walking distance of Shin-Shirakawa Station, had all the amenities, and the breakfast was satisfying. I was in the West Wing, but the only disappointing thing was that instead of using a card key, I had to leave the key in the lobby of a separate building every time I went out.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The facilities are a bit old, but they are well-maintained and clean.

I was satisfied with the large communal bath and the rich breakfast. However, I had requested a non-smoking room, but they gave me a smoking room, which was a minus. The location was within walking distance of the station, and the price was reasonable.

チェックインが遅かったのですが、駅からも近く、ぐっすり朝まで休めました。

あまり期待していませんでしたが、宿泊当日のフロントの方の対応、失礼ですが思ったより整備清掃された部屋、朝食など、十分でした。　ありがとうございました。
