Excellent location. You can travel to historical sites on foot in 10-20 minutes. But the room occasionally smelled of cigarettes and the WIFI only worked well in the lobby.

I stayed one night and it was good, I love the room and the strong bed, Breakfast was good and service was nice and good English

Due to a change in itinerary, I checked into Isfahan the day before. On the morning of check-in, I informed the hotel that I would like to change my stay to a longer one (originally booked two rooms for two nights), but the hotel refused my reasonable request, which was a pity.

It was really very good, breakfast was delicious and the atmosphere was very pleasant. Very good service. A big thank you ❤️

The hotel is average in every aspect. Ctrip charged me 485 yuan a night. The hotel next door is better than this hotel in every aspect and only charged me 245 yuan. I feel Ctrip is so shady.

The room is very good, the reception is warm and the service is in place. Overall satisfaction with cleanliness. It's just that the renewal price is much more expensive!

A very bad experience, the staff is simply poor service and poor business. rude. It is simply incomparable with hotels in our country. The shower water is cold and the room smells bad. The breakfast was extremely poor. Friends still don't come.

The hotel was very beautiful, they served a delicious breakfast, the environment and atmosphere of the hotel was beautiful, the location of the hotel was great, it was in the beautiful historical area of Shiraz, but one of the staff did not treat me properly, but overall it was good.

I booked a room for 1 but I paid for two as they said they are full and they can’t offer lower price . Anyhow since i checked in at 4 pm till 10:30 there was no hot water in the room to take shower . Bathroom was broken , old , rusted and im miserable condition Wifi wasn’t working at all in my room . The only way to access internet was lobby ! Reception staff were so irresponsible and careless because the hotel was full in the middle of summer and they really didn’t care about anything. If you want to have minimum facility and respect, book here ! Otherwise don’t waste your money and time because it doesn’t worth spending in this place with no basic standards.

I am a food guy and this hotel is a top noch in gastronomy. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served in Homage, a grand dining room that’s all high ceilings, huge floor-to-ceiling windows, dazzling chandeliers and Ionic columns. Happily it’s not a case of style over substance: there’s a lavish buffet with plenty of hot options every morning and, at other times, dishes such as chicken ballotine, smoked aubergine, kale and pumpkin seed praline. Ms.Rahimi kian who is in charge of tours is a professional and maverick.Congratulations to the hotel management by hiring this priceless employee. We met Ghajar house and Perspolis during our stay in Shiraz.Thanks Ms.R.Rahimi Kian for everything.

In the hotel everyone is kind and wonderful. The room is big and beautiful. It is very clean. In the room you get slippers, soap, brushes and everything else you might need. I think my main concern about the room was that you can't flush the toilet well. This was really a problem. Also there was a leaking in the toilet after showering. It is very difficult to figure out the AC control system. The breakfast generally was good, but there are no fruits offered except dates. The other BIG concern I had was the WiFi. I had to go to the reception twice to get it working. It was a general problem wherever I went. The elevator was strange, it stops halfway up the floor, so you have to carry your suitcase Very noisy outside at night, if the room faces the road then you won't be able to sleep!
