"The hotel is located right on the edge of the Old Town, making it super convenient and close for walking there (about 10-15 minutes on foot to get into the Old Town). I think the location is really good. The room wasn't huge, probably around 10 square meters, but it was cleaned very well. There was a kettle, and the air conditioning worked fine. It wasn't noisy at night, so I slept well. The hotel breakfast was decent. They had various breads, different spreads, cheeses, and sweet pastries, plus fresh juice. If I come back to the area, I might choose to stay here again."

"The location is incredibly convenient, right across the street from the train station. The hotel is quite large; it felt like I walked forever down the corridor with my luggage to find my room. The room itself was small, and when I first entered, there was a faint, indescribable smell – couldn't tell if it was from renovation or something else, but it dissipated after airing out for a bit, so it was acceptable. The bathroom was small but clean. The area around the hotel is very lively. It's just a two or three-minute walk to Florence's historic center, and the main bus terminal is right next door, making it super easy to catch a bus to Siena. In the evenings, a lot of people gather outside the bus station chatting on the street. It was a bit intimidating the first time I saw it, but I later realized it's perfectly fine to just walk past them."

"I booked a single room. It was larger than expected and I was very satisfied. The staff are very warm and friendly and happy to help you solve your problems. The location is a bit remote, and you basically need to take a car to get out. It takes about 25 minutes to reach the central square."

"Everything was very good and comfortable. The location is close to the train station and all the main attractions. Given its proximity to the station, the noise level at night was as expected – not a surprise for me and acceptable. Breakfast, though seemingly modest at first glance, was always delicious with enough dishes for my taste (yogurt with candied fruit, whole-grain croissant, scrambled eggs, coffee, and fruit). Everything was fresh and pleasant. The room wasn't new, but it was clean everywhere, which is more important to me; the cleaning service was good. The staff were friendly, ready to chat (even in my native language, which is rare) or leave you be – they are very perceptive to guests' moods. Thank you for your service!"

"The room is very spacious, but maybe because it is an old building without much re-planning, the soundproofing is a bit poor, and you can hear the sound from the next room, and there is a restaurant downstairs, where there is a lot of music and entertainment every night...The restaurant will be prepared very early, It will be noisy, so it is easy to wake up...not recommended.. Also, I always smell the old smell... If you have a sensitive nose... I don't recommend it. But you can see the square scene from the room, which is good, and the water pressure in the shower is strong enough! After a long day of travel, it’s nice to take a shower!"
