However, we sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you experienced during your stay.We are sorry to hear about the issues at breakfast, including the dirty cup and the too-cold avocado toast. You got the free included breakfast avocado toast version so the price is not 6 usd for that as it is included. The appreciation of the avocado toast is also very subjective, some guests love it and some don't. As it's bringing us bad comments from time to time, we are removing it from our free breakfast selection and menu.We still have 6 other free breakfast options in our menu and if you feel the need to have your breakfast outside there are other options available around the hotel that we can recommend.Your feedback is important and we will address these concerns with our kitchen and service staff to ensure improvements are made.Our air conditioners have been under heavy use recently and their efficiency was affected by the extreme weather we had during your stay, hottest ever in Cambodia. We are sorry if it didn't feel cold enough for you but they are now working properly and we maintain them regularly. The television can also be capricious in Cambodia but this is generally easily repaired. The staff is always available to find a solution to this.We appreciate your understanding about the location and will continue to explore options to enhance convenience for our guests.Thank you for bringing these matters to our attention.
