At the same time, we are deeply sorry and remorseful for the issues with breakfast, air conditioning, carpeting, and handheld showerhead that caused you a poor experience during your stay. Regarding breakfast, the catering team has immediately conducted flavor and category research and plans to add local specialties and diversify meal options. They will also optimize the frequency of dish replenishment to enhance the dining experience. Regarding the unusual air conditioning noise, the engineering department has thoroughly inspected the guest room air conditioning systems and repaired and debugged the problematic equipment. A daily inspection mechanism will be established to prevent similar incidents. Regarding carpet stains, the housekeeping department has upgraded cleaning standards, using deep cleaning equipment to thoroughly clean the guest room carpets and increasing the frequency of daily inspections to ensure a clean and tidy guest room environment. Regarding the issue of the handheld showerhead being taped and not replaced, this exposed an oversight in our facility maintenance. All bathroom fixtures in the relevant area have been inspected, damaged parts replaced, and responsibility training for maintenance personnel has been strengthened to prevent this issue from recurring.
