"Checked into Pinetree Hotel in Batu Pahat on my birthday. Reception staff was quick to notice my birthday on my passport & wished me happy birthday. Though no freebies given, it was still a nice gesture. 😁 The stay was value for money. Room was spacious & clean, except the water in the shower seemed to flow too slow, suspect there's some clog. It's a bit further away from old town where most popular local eats are, so we always had to book Grab to get there."

"Beyond expectation.
This hotel is so good and clean!! The service is top notch, breakfast is not bad, people is friendly. They even have welcome drink, snack in the hotel room that serve for free! This is my second time. Still my favourite hotel in batu pahat."

"I will praise the hotel room cleanliness, but the hotel upper floor corridor carpets & lighting shall do something as not very clean n bright.
Also, hotel room pillow shall upgrade better quality as currently not really comfortable.
Portable water heater shall improve too.
Disposable slippers shall improve too."

"The room was not too bad for the price. The location is great, just 2 minutes walk from the bus terminal. But, the cleanliness could be improved as the room was dusty, especially the curtains."

"I couldn't accept the fact that I saw this scene when I walked in, and I lived near the staff lounge, I heard the employees talking and laughing in the morning. I stayed here for more than 5 times, and the experience became worse and worse. I will try other hotels next time."

WWaiDefinitely better than my first stay at another hotel in BP. At least the wifi was good. Room clean and spacious. Front counter staff more friendly than the first hotel. Equally as near to well-known BP eateries and the bus station. Would come back to stay here next time !

GGuest UserIt was quite difficult to find the entrance to the hotel. The outside surrounding is ugly & dirty. The hitelnitself is nice & breakfast was ok. The aweful thing is that there was no minibar & no iron or hair dryer in the room. Its too badic & the bathroom is too snall & the bathroom floor is too slippery. But the service by the staff was excellent!

GGuest UserPoor sound proof. Couldn't sleep whole night due to poor window sound proof. What makes it worst was the bikers and cars around there had modified their exhaust and every of it pass by the noise was very clearly heard. Literally didn't sleep all night

NNature Lover68I booked this budget and basic hotel because of its location very close to Hutan Lipur Soga Perdana(4 min drive), price is affordable too. Easy to get food and Free parking, The environment was quiet and cozy, cleanliness could have been better especially the bathroom and towel(yellowish). Anyway, it was still a pleasant stay!
