"Hotel Apartments First of all, the location of the hotel is not particularly good. Not in cbd. The hall is well designed The service is particularly good, very warm, but obviously not enough staff ~ there is a person who manages the front desk and room service The room is very large, one bedroom, one living room, one balcony, one kitchen, one toilet, washing machine and dryer But the facilities are very old, dirty and broken. The room has a very uncomfortable smell. The wifi is particularly slow. The bedding is not good, it is uncomfortable to fall asleep. In short, I don't recommend everyone to live here."

"Especially good, the service is in place, the room is very comfortable, like home. It can be said that this is one of the best hotel experiences I have ever stayed in the world. Fluent English and absolutely first class experience. The equipment is very complete, there is a washing dryer, basically bid farewell to dirty clothes. A special shout-out goes to a Chinese waitress in the restaurant who was incredibly polite and provided exceptional service – absolutely 10/10! "Booked a Deluxe Room with Spa. I like the jacuzzi, the nespresso and T2 Tea, and the Appelles shampoo, body wash and hair conditione. Fitness centre is small but good enough for my purpose. Overall very nice for a holiday stay."

"- Great location: just a few minutes away from South Yarra station. There are many restaurants and supermarkets (such as IGA and Woolworth) around. - Clean and sufficient facilities: there are washing and drying machines with laundry detergent provided. The open kitchen is also equipped with coffee machine, oven, and dish washer. The washroom is tidy and clean. However, the shower head is fixed on the ceiling which is quite inconvenient for people who would bend to wash hair only. - Confusing check in and check out process: When we first arrived at the building of the apartment, we had no clue where to check in as the front desk staff of 7 Claremont Street was just a security guard who asked us to contact the host directly. Fortunately we could call the apartment staff via the free Internet call on Trip.com app and then we were asked to check in at 10 Claremont Street instead. At the end of our stay, we left the apartment at 7am and went to 10 Claremont Street to check out but the front desk was not available yet and we couldn’t call anyone to help. Since we needed to catch the flight, we had to leave the key at somewhere else (as we could not enter that building) and emailed the staff with photos of where we left our key for them to collect after they returned to work. Later on, they did collect the key and finally I was told that we shall leave the key in our apartment if it is beyond the service hour of their front desk. I guess it would be a lot better if they communicate these check in and check out procedures to the visitor in advance."

"Went to Melbourne with my family to handle things, staying there, the price is good, but hygiene is a problem. The bedside must be covered with a soft towel, otherwise there is a lot of dust.
