Facilities: Very well-equipped, they even provided toothbrushes. However, the equipment is quite old, and the faucets were a bit unfamiliar to operate. Cleanliness: Very clean. Location: Great location, right by the river, but unfortunately, we weren't given a river view room. Service: Overall, the staff were patient and polite. However, if you paid your deposit in cash, be prepared to start the checkout process at least 10-15 minutes early. They took nearly 20 minutes to inspect the room! Then, a staff member slowly ambled to the front desk to confirm everything was alright before they finally processed the deposit refund... The whole process was incredibly inefficient.

I booked this hotel for a colleague's business trip, and overall, I'd give it a 9/10. The location is excellent, making it very convenient for an evening stroll and some shopping. They also provide excellent service, including sending an email beforehand to assist with check-in. While the facilities are a bit dated, they are very clean. The rooms are spacious enough, and the lobby is quite grand.

Excellent location. The staff were very polite. Although the hotel is a bit dated, it's well-maintained. Our river view room offered direct views of Flinders Street Station and the CBD, and the night view was absolutely stunning.

When I logged in, unfortunately, I met an employee and he was the only one because the time was almost midnight and suddenly he was a bad racist He's the worst employee I've ever seen in any hotel But I don't forget that other employees, especially the concierge, the restaurant and the security are great.

The Langham in Melbourne is ideally located for easy access to the CBD, transport and excellent restaurants and bars. The walk along the riverbank is really enjoyable. The facilities of the Hotel are well maintained and the service provided by staff is courteous and professional. Our room was very clean and the amenities were all that we needed. There was minimal noise at night. We had a restful, enjoyable stay.

The hotel is old though it is well maintained. The pool and sauna have a nice view of the city. Location wise, it is on the opposite site of the Yarra River to Flinders Street station, so does require a short walk to get into the cbd. The rooms are dated but clean - I think they do need an update.

Great location downtown and close to the station. Loved the pool / jacuzzi / spa on the 9th floor.

The earlier check-in service after long fright, is great experience !!! Super Warm welcome when checking in, with amazing smile.
