"The location is very convenient for getting to work or school, and having a shopping mall downstairs for groceries is incredibly handy. The only major downside was encountering a huge cockroach, which was quite unsettling. Fortunately, the front desk staff were helpful in dealing with the problem. The cleanliness left a bit to be desired, but despite this, I might still consider staying here again."

"Located in a quiet residential street yet 300m from cafes, restaurants and shops, Woodroffe is also 300m from light rail and numerous bus services. A perfect location
Modern, clean and designed for business or tourist stays. A laundry is available at Lobby level along with a cafe and guest microwave oven facilities.
Rooms are quiet and spacious. Staff are simply delightful.

"Beautiful, gorgeous, well kept and modern apartments. We stayed in a 2 bedroom, 2 baths. The bed & pillows were nice and soft. Spacious with full views floor to ceiling windows that affords direct views to the harbour.
Nice living room space with tv. So nice to have meals out at the balcony due to the amazing views.
Aircon works perfectly.
Kitchen is modern with everything you need to cook.
There is a huge park just 5mins walk down by the ocean perfect for kids.
Overall highly recommended and I'd give our stay an 11/10 -"

"I had a pleasant stay at Mantra@Sharks ( Sharks is a large Australian Rules Football sporting/social club ) It is also very near the largest public hospital on the Gold Coast. I had a medical operation and decided to stay at Mantra for 5 days in case I needed medical assistance after the operation. I explained the situation to Tamara on the front desk and she did many things to help me both before arrival and on the day I checked in, The rooms are comfortable, clean and functional, there is a rooftop bar ( wednesday to sunday ) and room service but I ate at the club next door.I It is a 10-12 minute walk to the hospital and underneath the hospital is the light rail station where you can easily get to Southport, Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach. I think the Mantra is ideal for the drive market and if you are driving to the Gold Coast and don't need ocean views, the Mantra is a great choice. ( Just a tip, bring your own pillows because the pillows on the bed take a bit of getting used to )"

"It is about 500 meters away from Chinatown, and there is a large supermarket opposite, which is also convenient for shopping! The cleanliness of the room is worth recommending! The price is also quite cheap, suitable for travelers of three or less!"

"It is the new Airbnb is an apartment as a hotel type, so many things are not perfect. The App writes 2 o'clock check-in. When I have to register, I am told that the room has not been cleaned up. It takes 3 o'clock to check in. It is then told that it is not good. I have to wait again. Then the app also writes 12 o'clock checkout. But After asking, it was 10 o'clock. This would make customers very confused, okay! ? And there is a foreign waiter who has a bad attitude! Secondly, after checking in, I found that some places were not very clean and there was no check-in information. For example, the Wifi password, the location of the swimming pool gym, did not inform you that you have to ask in person! On the same day, I encountered that the Wifi was broken and I had to repair it for two days. I couldn't use the TV at all! Accommodation is good Location close to Seaworld not far from downtown But because it may be a lot of new things are not perfect I hope they can improve!"

"Complete indoor facilities (washing machine, clothes dryer, cooking stove, etc.), outdoor swimming pool, if you do not drive, you have to walk 15 minutes to the light rail station in the same commercial district, a little further away. The waiter was very helpful.
