MM643078****We booked for a Saturday night, and while it was a bit pricey, the overall experience was superb. I'd definitely recommend staying for two nights next time. Having previously stayed in a panoramic ocean-view room, this time I opted for a room with mountain and city views. It was truly enjoyable to take in the evening mountain scenery, with the distant city lights twinkling like stars and a faint glimpse of the ocean, all from the spacious balcony. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent, and the natural hot spring was a huge plus. Almost perfect!

WWen Wen 1011The hotel is incredibly luxurious and comfortable, with a wide array of facilities. They offer a shuttle bus service to and from Beppu JR Station. Beyond the hot springs, there are entertainment options like arcade games, a shopping center, and a spa – truly comprehensive facilities. The hotel also provides a 'one-night, two-meals' package, with delicious food, especially the buffet, which boasts a rich selection and high-quality dishes.

TTommy TingweiVery nice modern style ryokan nestled in the hills of Beppu. Rooms are very nice and big, with our private onsen bathroom. We opted for the dinner and breakfast, and they were both pretty good and tasty.

GGuest UserThe room was fantastic! It's brand new and fully equipped. I was pleasantly surprised to find it even had a mini-kitchen! Since the room comes with its own hot spring bath, the dressing table was exceptionally large, which is a wonderful feature for women. All the services were excellent; I couldn't fault them. The only minor point was that dinner was a bit underwhelming and didn't quite measure up to other hot spring hotels I've experienced. The flavor was a peculiar sweet and savory mix, which might be typical of the local cuisine. Breakfast, however, was quite varied and definitely a highlight!

MM275565****We stayed in a newly renovated room at Tower. Aside from the slightly out-of-the-way location, it was perfect, but the bus stop right outside was very convenient. The hotel is garden-style, with winding paths leading to secluded spots, and the balconies and private hot springs in the rooms offer unobstructed sea views. Breakfast was served at the adjacent Qinghai Hotel, and the variety and quality of the food were excellent. A special thank you to one of the hotel's staff members from Northeast China; she was incredibly kind and helpful. My friend lost her camera on a highway bus, and she immediately contacted the bus company and successfully retrieved it for us – we were truly touched.

The location is perfect and convenient to explore the city. The atmosphere is cheerful, and I met so many nice people during my stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a fun and comfortable place to stay!

SSarah H.Beautiful hotel located in a very peaceful and green area with magnificent views of the mountains and smoke from hot springs. The hotel itself has hot springs and baths in a lovely garden. Very nice and spacious room with lots of toiletries available downstairs. Within walking distance of the 7 hells of Beppu.

AAbby KimmIt's a capsule hotel. The only downside was the lack of a proper door separating the restrooms from the sleeping capsules, making it easy to be woken up. However, the staff were incredibly thorough and helpful when explaining all the necessary information for the stay.

The bathroom also needs to be equipped with hot and cold water.
The size of the room is satisfactory.
It's very cold, but you can control the heater.
Although it is a weekend, the price is too expensive and you have to pay a 1000 yen hot spring tax even if you do not use the hot spring when you check out.
