This place is truly a paradise, a real wonderland! It felt ethereal with gentle wisps of white mist drifting everywhere. We paid extra to upgrade to a large suite, offering stunning views of the distant harbor.
As soon as we pulled up the hotel's driveway, valet parking was immediately available. Among the staff, one of the valet attendants was a very handsome French guy with an exceptional service mindset. Another staff member, a tall Black gentleman (around 2 meters), even knelt down to enthusiastically explain the room types and hotel facilities to us. We were genuinely impressed and touched by their passionate service. We will definitely be returning for another stay!
The hotel's dining options are also excellent โ highly recommend trying them out!

WWen Wen 1011The hotel is incredibly luxurious and comfortable, with a wide array of facilities. They offer a shuttle bus service to and from Beppu JR Station. Beyond the hot springs, there are entertainment options like arcade games, a shopping center, and a spa โ truly comprehensive facilities. The hotel also provides a 'one-night, two-meals' package, with delicious food, especially the buffet, which boasts a rich selection and high-quality dishes.

GGuest UserWe changed room type when we got to the hotel (from Seaside Maisonette to one of the Tower apartments) and this was seamlessly offered to us by the night staff. Service is top notch. Great for families. The food is wonderful and there is private onsen in every single room.
Highly recommend for families of up to 4 persons to stay in the tower apartments. They are very new and well furnished.

Very nice and spacious room with lots of toiletries available downstairs. Within walking distance of the 7 hells of Beppu.

DDVS-SHThe JR Fukuoka Limited Express Sonic takes about 2 hours to JR Beppu Station. After exiting the station, you will be directed to the Tourist Information Center at the east exit. You can ask the lady to contact the hotel for pick-up service. The hotel's shuttle buses are all at the west exit, and the receptionist can look for them according to the advertisement on the bus. It's only a 10-minute drive away.
โ๏ธThe warm lobby of the hotel houses Japanese-style villas, which are very small in size and have an outdoor hot spring and golden hot spring! ! A hot spring with gold nuggets on the ground. I haven't seen any guests for two days and one night, so I'm enjoying it alone. There is a changing room before entering the hot spring, which is fully heated. It is commendable ๐๐พOne stay and two meals. For dinner, the staff will come to remind you, and the banquet will be prepared with about 10 dishes. Breakfast the next day was also a ๐๏ธ oil and water set meal. [Shy R]

It was a bit inconvenient to be assigned an upper bunk locker when the occupancy rate was only 10%, but I didn't bring it up to the staff at the time, which is on me. The locker was quite small; after putting in a 29-inch suitcase, there wasn't much space left. The restroom was clean, and the vanity area with a chair was very convenient, thumbs up! ๐๐ผ

MMoon RockThe staff is friendly and speaks English well; the place is quiet and cozy, and the location is perfect. Itโs almost a distance to Beppu tourist attractions, especially the Beppu tower and Beppu JR stations. The hostel is also located near the port area, where you can relax and take a break.
The hostel also has a cafe, a spacious kitchen, and an artificial hot spring. Although some amenities are not included, you have to purchase them at the front desk, the accommodation cost is relatively cheap, so thatโs okay. It's a good thing I have my own towels and other amenities.
I will definitely be back here when I return.
