I absolutely LOVED my stay at SIGNIEL Seoul! 🤍✨ Everything about this hotel was exceptional — from the breathtaking views of Seoul to the beautiful rooms, outstanding service, and luxurious atmosphere. The location inside Lotte World Tower is amazing, and waking up to that incredible view from so high above the city was unforgettable. The staff were extremely professional, kind, and attentive, and they made the entire stay feel special. The hotel is elegant, peaceful, incredibly clean, and every detail feels carefully considered. Honestly, SIGNIEL Seoul became one of my favorite hotels. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to come back to Seoul just to stay here again. Absolutely loved it and would 100% stay again! ❤️

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the city center next to Seoul Plaza. Myeongdong, N Seoul Tower, and Gyeongbokgung Palace are all within walking distance. The City Hall subway station is right downstairs, with Line 1 and 2 intersecting there. Exit 6 of City Hall Station leads directly to the hotel's main entrance. What's more, the 6701 Incheon Airport Limousine Bus starts and ends right at the hotel entrance, making transportation incredibly convenient. From Incheon Airport, you can take the AREX express train to Seoul Station, then transfer to Line 1 for one stop to City Hall Station, and exit 6 takes you right to the hotel. I booked a Premier King Suite for a 4-day, 3-night stay. The room was a spacious 40 square meters, featuring a living room and a walk-in closet. It was incredibly clean, tidy, and very quiet – not noisy at all. The bathroom facilities were also well-maintained and spotless. The hotel staff were all very friendly, enthusiastic, and proactive in offering help. My stay was absolutely fantastic, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I return to Seoul.

The room was great, located on the 23rd floor with a stunning lake view. When I booked, I selected a three-person meal option for two adults and one child. The price for a two-person meal and a three-person meal was different at the time of booking. However, upon arrival, the hotel informed me that one of the meals in my three-person package was a complimentary children's meal. Since my child is 13 years old, exceeding the 12-year age limit, they were not eligible for the free buffet breakfast, and I was asked to pay. To avoid disrupting our travel plans and mood, I paid for the meal. However, I find this explanation completely unacceptable. I purchased a three-person meal package, but at the hotel, it was treated as if I bought two meals and received one free. If I had known it was a complimentary meal from the hotel, why would I not just book the two-person meal package and save some money?! I urge Trip.com and the hotel to communicate and provide a satisfactory resolution.

I've been to Seoul several times, and this trip I finally got to experience the Westin Josun. The airport bus goes directly to the hotel, and the service was impeccable from the moment I got off the bus until check-out. All the staff spoke excellent English and were proactive in helping with luggage, giving directions, and even making change. The location is also fantastic; I could walk to duty-free shops, Myeongdong, and other places. The nearby BBQ restaurants were also delicious. My only minor complaint is that you have to stand in the bathtub to shower.

Everything else was top-notch and, in many ways, exceeded our experiences at other Four Seasons properties. However, one aspect we found disappointing was the strict minimum spending requirement per guest. We were traveling with children, yet regardless of their age, we were required to meet a minimum spend of approximately $150 per person to be seated at both the terrace restaurant and the Japanese restaurant. Even at the Italian restaurant, we felt pressured to order both appetizers and main courses for the children. While the food and service were excellent, these policies made dining with a family feel less welcoming and detracted from an otherwise outstanding stay.

Facilities: Excellent, the flowers in the lobby are beautiful. Service: The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Hygiene: Very clean, the room was great, they even helped with an extra bed. Facilities: Excellent, the lunch buffet was delicious, reasonably priced, and had a great variety. The steak on the second floor was also very good.

Facilities: The hotel is well-equipped. Although it's located halfway up a hill, there's a shuttle bus for tourists to Myeongdong and Hannam-dong, and it's also very convenient to call an Uber or a taxi right outside. If you don't go out, you can easily spend half a day at the hotel's swimming pool and gym during the day, and the lobby bar in the evening has a great ambiance with live music. Ambiance: The hotel has a very old-money feel. The window views are beautiful, and the colors of the mountain forest change with the seasons, which I imagine would also change one's experience of the hotel. The rooms are very beautiful; I highly recommend a mountain-view room. Service: The service is exceptionally attentive, breaking away from traditional Korean service. There are staff members at every point, especially in the gym and dining areas, who guide you, so you won't feel lost or confused when you go by yourself.

First off, I need to vent and complain! When I booked, there were options like 'basement room' and 'superior room.' To ensure my child was comfortable, I specifically booked a 'superior room with a window'! To my shock, the 'superior room' was on the basement level, had no window, and was in the farthest corner. I desperately wanted to pay more to switch, but they only had one other room left, and it was even worse. I had no choice but to make do. But the nightmare continued: all night long, there was the constant sound of an elevator, which scared my child to sleep, and I didn't get a wink of sleep myself! The main issue is that the hotel's advertisement *didn't mention it was in the basement* and specifically highlighted 'with a window.' This false advertising completely misled us. When my child and I booked on Trip.com, we requested a room with a good view, quiet, and not in the farthest corner! This room was in the basement, windowless, had elevator noise, and was in the very last corner—I was terrified! If there wasn't a suitable room, the hotel could have informed me in advance, but I received no notification or communication. The hotel's ad looked great, but it was truly dreadful! I wanted to mention some other good points, but I spent a lot of money only to end up in a basement room! I'm so upset! Oh, and even though the bathroom was large, the shower drain was clogged. The water went above my ankles when I showered, and it still hadn't dried completely by the next morning. It really shows you can't just trust the ads!

The hotel's location is great. Exit 10 of Myeongdong Station is the closest, and Exit 4 has an elevator, which is convenient for luggage. The airport bus also goes directly there, and it's about a 3-5 minute walk from the stop. The hotel is close to Shinsegae Duty Free, while Lotte Duty Free is about a 12-minute walk away. Just across the street is the Myeongdong shopping area. The room is quite spacious; you can open two large suitcases at the same time. There's a fridge, kettle, and other amenities, but you need to bring your own toiletries. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, which is a big plus. You can see N Seoul Tower from the hotel's rooftop, but unfortunately, it rained for two days. The rooftop spa can be booked in advance, perfect for relaxing after a day of shopping. There are coin-operated washing machines and dryers on B1, and ironing is self-service, which is quite convenient.

1. The environment is excellent! Other than the room being a bit small and the bed being a bit small, there are no flaws; it's very clean. 2. You can search for ANEUK Hotel on Naver Maps (searching for 'annk' won't work). 3. The lobby on the first floor offers self-service ice, a hot water dispenser, a coffee bar, and disposable tableware, all free of charge! This is fantastic. However, you'll need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. 4. Although it's not super close to the city center, the subway is quite convenient. There's a bus stop about 50 meters away that goes to many places. It's relatively close to Hongdae; just a bus ride across the river. 5. Downstairs, there are tons of shops, the kind locals frequent. Eating grilled beef intestines with beer is incredibly satisfying. Plus, ordering takeout is very convenient.
