"The location of the hotel was great and the staff were very welcoming, but for some reason I had very little water pressure in the shower that night and the hotel forgot to provide me with shower gel.The toilet was flushing all night and I don't know why, but the hotel compensated me for breakfast the next day.Hopefully they will improve on these issues next time."

"The terrace view of the lake view room is great! You can directly see Spitz Castle and Lake Tuen. It is a pleasure to sit on the road and watch the scenery. There is also a group of black sheep downstairs that is very cute.
Check-in needs to be confirmed in the email, you can directly unlock the mobile phone, this is very convenient, the health is very good, the whole house is very clean, two people live very generous, and the dishwasher is great
Very close to Spitz Railway Station, there is a ramp to push the box directly, there is a coop and a pharmacy drugstore in a few minutes walk nearby, the overall is very convenient ～"

"I stayed at Hotel Eden for three nights in a superior bay view room. The view was breathtaking, and I could even see the castle in the distance. The hotel has a small garden, perfect for a stroll after breakfast. The hotel also offers a free sauna and swimming pool.
Transportation: A free Mercedes-Benz shuttle is available for both arrival and departure days. Those with large luggage can email or contact Ctrip in advance to schedule a shuttle. Spiez train station is also very convenient: walk up the hill to the main road, turn left, and it's less than a 10-minute walk. Spiez train station also has frequent trains, making it convenient for connections to Intelaken, Brienz, and Zermatt.
There's also a hiking trail along Lake Thun, which is a pleasant experience if you have the time."

"The room is not very big but very clean. The TV signal and internet are a bit bad, and the soundproofing is average. However, the hotel facilities are very good. The breakfast area has a beautiful view. You can go to the swimming pool and outdoor sauna during the day. There is free afternoon tea in the afternoon. It is also close to the pier."

"The overall environment is very beautiful, and the hotel will give you a bus card for surrounding areas.
The sauna and massage pool are very comfortable. You must enjoy them when you stay. They can definitely eliminate the fatigue of the day. The breakfast area is beautiful!
It's a pity that we were assigned to a hotel room upstairs in a nearby building. It was located in a very remote part of the hotel. There was no elevator and we had to carry our luggage ourselves. Not arranged on the main floor, the experience is a bit worse."
