"So the location was great. Cleanliness was very good. Breakfast was ok. Not much selection.
Decor in room was dated. Tile and grout in bathroom was dirty broken and stained. Shower head was ancient and caked with hard water scale.
Worst was the bed. It was no better than sleeping on the floor. Old mattress was hard as a rock. and box spring squeaked. Disappointing since we paid a fair amount for 3 nights. Could not sleep thru the night cause the mattress literally hurt to sleep on."

"Everything at this Hampton Inn was excellent. The service, food, pool, and room made my daughter’s 7th birthday an event to remember! All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. They made our stay such a pleasure! "

"Newly opened in 21, the decoration is simple and modern, very clean, convenient for parking, good service, the room is bigger than the same type in the United States, very satisfied, the only thing that can be done better is that there are fewer varieties of breakfast, everything else is very good , it's worth coming again!"

"The hotel let me check in with out my debit card present for two nights but for some reason when I wanted to stay a third night they wouldn’t let me check in even though I already paid for it and was there two nights before. Otherwise it was okay. They don’t have breakfast or room service but they say that they do.

"It rained when I went, the hotel was in a good location, quiet around, there were shopping centers, breakfast was good, the kitchen had coffee, it was very cost-effective in Reading, praise!"

"It was big and set back from the road the rooms weren’t the cleanest but it wasn’t that bad. The people were friendly and room service never came . Plus the side door you’re supposed to need a key to get into the building but the door is unlocked
