I get frustrated that I have to participate more in a business to help them run and accept less service. Sorry that I'm venting but I just don't feel it's adequate. "The breakfast was average and the room was very big. The location was not very convenient if you don't have a car. There is a convenience store in the lobby, and you can buy pre-made lunch boxes and heat them up for dinner. The driver who sent me to the airport had a very good service attitude."
