XXiaoyaoAndyAlthough it is not new, it is well maintained. The room is large and the window faces the main road, but it is quiet with the window closed. Because it is not the peak tourist season, there are not many people, and few people have breakfast. The breakfast is okay, not amazing, but it is filling. Free parking and plenty of parking spaces!

GGuest UserThis hotel is incredibly convenient for trips to Macau. The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The wooden floors gleamed, and the bedside lighting was soft and pleasant. The bedding was cozy. The surrounding area is great for shopping, and there's a laundry room upstairs with an outdoor balcony for washing and drying clothes, which is super handy. There's even a bank downstairs where you can exchange for Hong Kong dollars – just remember to make an appointment and bring your bank card! The high-speed rail station and the border crossing are directly opposite, making it incredibly easy to get to Macau. Right across the way is the Border Gate Plaza with plenty of food options. Taxis are also easy to hail right outside. And if you forget your visa, there's a 24-hour visa machine nearby. I'd definitely stay here again on my next visit.

The service was truly exceptional; the front desk staff were warm and attentive, responding to our needs incredibly quickly, making us feel comfortable throughout our entire stay. The room itself was immaculately clean—the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, the floors and surfaces were spotless, and even the bathroom corners were perfectly clean with no strange odors whatsoever. Overall, it was a very pleasant and reassuring experience, offering excellent value for money. GGuest UserI brought my child here and he unfortunately caught a fever and cold. The staff was very helpful, bringing us a thermometer and water. The laundry room was clean and tidy. The room itself was quite spacious, with views of Macau right across the way. We were on the 5th floor. The breakfast on the first floor was just okay. Overall, it's great value for money. I'd definitely come back again.

The hotel is just a 5-8 minute walk from Gongbei Port, making it the top choice for travelers crossing between Zhuhai and Macau. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, and it's surprisingly quiet at night, ensuring an undisturbed rest.
2️⃣ **Impressive Smart Features**
The room was equipped with a smart control system, allowing me to adjust lighting, curtains, and air conditioning via a panel or voice commands – very high-tech! The WiFi signal was stable, perfect for both work and streaming.
3️⃣ **Spotless and Comfortable**
The bedding was clean and soft, and the bathroom drained quickly with no unpleasant odors. The soundproofing was excellent; despite being close to the port, I couldn't hear any outside noise and had a great night's sleep.
4️⃣ **Thoughtful and Detailed Service**
The front desk staff were friendly and proactively informed me about port clearance times and local transportation. They even helped me store my luggage after check-out, which was a very thoughtful gesture.
5️⃣ **Exceptional Value for Money**
Compared to other hotels in the same area, Chaoman offers modern facilities and more attentive service at a reasonable price, making it truly great value.
My only minor suggestion would be to add a small refrigerator to the room for cold drinks. However, overall, this stay was nearly perfect, and I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Zhuhai!

The environment is generally very quiet unless there's a loud noise.
The bathroom with its separate wet and dry areas is very convenient. However, in my room, some of the holes in the overhead shower were clogged, causing water to spray in a few directions when used. Overall, it wasn't a big issue.

GGuest UserThe stay experience was very good this time. It is a real sea view hotel. You can see the sea from the balcony and the beach is right below. The room is clean and odorless. The bedding has no mottled marks or damage. The decoration style is light business-style. It is a rare time that the whole family is satisfied with the stay. The restaurant next to the hotel is also very good. The restaurant is by the sea, and you can enjoy the food while appreciating the sea view. The service attitude of the restaurant is also very comfortable. The hotel thoughtfully arranged a free island tour on Line 1, which was an unexpected surprise. If you pay for it yourself, it is 60 yuan per person. It is the first choice hotel for bringing family to play. I will choose to stay again next time. Parking at the hotel was free during our stay. It's about 1.3 km from Gongbei Port, but our trip didn't include Macau this time. We'll definitely stay here again if we get the chance next time! [Wow]

BBingkafeiI chose the Hengqin Wutong Tree Hotel for its family-friendly theme, but overall, the experience was quite disappointing. The rooms are all decorated in a child-friendly style, but the facilities are noticeably old, and the decor and amenities feel rather cheap, which compromises comfort. The hotel has a children's play area, but check-in only includes one child's ticket, which is very inconvenient for families with two children, as the other child needs to pay extra, significantly reducing the overall experience. Breakfast was extremely crowded, with long queues and cramped seating, making for a very poor dining experience. Although it's positioned as a family hotel and has the themed atmosphere, the details and service fall short. The hardware is old, the policies are unreasonable, and it's not good value for money. For families traveling with kids, the overall feeling wasn't great. I wouldn't actively recommend it, nor do I plan to return. It's right opposite Macau and very close to the Hengqin Port though!
