The hotel's location is excellent, close to all the old town's sights but quiet. The breakfasts are good. We were unlucky: we got a room near the elevator and without a window (the window was in the shower on the ceiling), although the photo showed a room with a window. The lighting in the room was insufficient. Cleaning was good, water was replenished, and there were robes, slippers, and a kettle. Overall, everything would be fine, except for the elevator right in the room. I think rooms like this should be sold at the lowest possible price.

I highly recommend staying at this hotel! 😍 The host is incredibly hospitable and helped with all our questions. There are many shops nearby, fresh fruits, and Khinkali House which is open until 1 AM. It's about a 7-minute walk to Avlabari metro, and it's also very convenient to walk down a set of stairs to the Old Town. Just above the hotel, there's a temple with beautiful, spacious grounds! You can watch a beautiful sunset from the hotel's terrace. The room is spacious, the bed is very comfortable, and there's a small balcony! From now on, I'll only be staying here when I'm in Tbilisi 🍷

The room is really small, and so is the bed. However, it's very convenient to walk around and get to attractions. There's a popular '网红树' (internet-famous tree) right outside, and nearby there's a freshly baked bread store and several small supermarkets.

Overall, I liked the hotel; the location is convenient. We were checked into a room on the 3rd floor with mountain views, which was very beautiful. I loved spending time on the balcony on rainy days or after long walks. The room is spacious, with large windows. Towels were changed daily, and water was provided. Regarding cleanliness, there are definitely issues: dirty windows, dust, a rusty soap holder, and the floors weren't mopped, only once out of the six days we stayed there, and the sheets were changed on that same day. But overall, it wasn't critical for me. It's comfortable and cozy. As someone who enjoys a cozy sit-down on a balcony, I would have liked a kettle in the room, but they don't provide one. However, you can get free tea and coffee in the dining area anytime. Avlabari metro station is 10 minutes away, and the Cathedral is literally visible from the window.

Additionally, the hotel is close to many attractions, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, it is a great option for those seeking comfort and accessibility. The owners are very nice; the owner even provided us with an early morning breakfast.

The location is super convenient, right in the Old Town, down a small alley. It's walking distance to all the nearby attractions, and the Astronomical Clock is just a 3-4 minute walk away. It's a relatively old-fashioned hotel, and the manager and front desk staff were very welcoming.

The location is close to Liberty Square, very clean and tidy, recommended. In addition, I arrived late, close to 12 o'clock in the evening, the landlord was very enthusiastic.

Staff were polite and responsive, though some improvement in English communication would enhance the guest experience for international travelers. Great value for the price (AED 198.86 for 2 nights), especially considering the location and overall cleanliness. Would recommend it for short stays or business travelers looking for a quiet, budget-friendly option. Suggestions: Adding more lighting in the room and offering complimentary water bottles would be a nice touch.
