Enjoy breakfast, friendly service and excellent value, with Tbilisi's top attractions, cafés, restaurants and business hubs all within easy reach.

"I really liked the concept of this budget hotel. It's perfect if you're staying for a couple of nights to visit Tbilisi's main attractions. It has everything you need: comfortable, compact rooms, daily housekeeping, friendly staff, and breakfast (though we didn't opt for that). The hotel is located in a great area with excellent amenities, including many cafes, trendy spots, a two-story McDonald's, and close proximity to the metro and funicular."

"I chose Ibis as a good starting point for my one-day Armenia tour the next day, because I wanted to grab my luggage right after the tour and catch a flight that same night. It turned out to be a successful decision. The room was quite good for an Ibis hotel. It was new, within walking distance to the airport, and close to the car rental return location. I had a lemonade at the restaurant on the first floor. It was expensive, but delicious."

Welcome to ibis Styles Tbilisi Mziuri Park. Steps away from the emerald Mziuri park, this ibis Styles offers to its guests an unique connection to the, arguably, greenest and most refreshing area of Tbilisi. Treat yourself to a short morning walk though the park to start exploring city his iconic attractions and charms of the Old Town. "Food: Decent for breakfast, staff replenishes items as needed. Room: Daily room cleaning, fridge, bed, shower, and toilet – everything you need. The downside is the lack of curtains. There's a business center nearby, and if your room is on the unlucky side, you'll be perfectly visible. Service: Daily cleaning, paid laundry service, paid shaving kits. P.S. In my room, they add tea bags if I use them up – that's a nice touch. Location: Near the zoo (funny to hear a donkey at night) and a park. Shops are not far, just a two-crossing walk away. Easily accessible by taxi from Rustaveli or the Old Town."

"The location is very nice. You're just minutes away from shops and bakeries and restaurants. It's so convenient. And the people working there are nice. They have a washing machine and drying racks you can use. But I wouldn't stay here again. The heat is blasting and you can't adjust it. You could open the window but it's very very noisy and people often smoke right in front. I heard some kind of mob fighting and shouting, one drunk guy trying to talk another drunk guy out of going to Lebanon, Germans meticulously planning their night, and many cars driving by with loud music. The room is much smaller than in the photo and the toilet is both physically broken and needs to be jiggled to stop running. By local standards, it's a bit overpriced."

"There's no luggage service here. As a solo female traveler with a 28-inch suitcase, a tote bag, and a backpack, I had to haul everything to my room myself. When I asked if anyone could help me with my bags, I was told no. That's unbelievable! Even small, unrated hotels usually have staff to assist with luggage, let alone a place like this that's supposed to be a four-star garden hotel. Aside from that, everything else was pretty good. It's a standard hotel; the hygiene isn't outstanding but certainly not bad, so you won't be disappointed. The hotel is located in a new area with lovely, clean streets and plenty of restaurants nearby."

"Все в целом отлично: чисто, удобно, приятная атмосфера, персонал и условия проживания оставили хорошее впечатление. Единственный существенный минус — периодически чувствуется запах канализации. Также зона курения на балконах расположена неудачно: запах тянет прямо в хостел и иногда даже в комнату, что заметно портит комфорт. Если не учитывать этот момент, то место действительно хорошее и в остальном все понравилось."

ibis Styles Tbilisi Center is perfectly located in the heart of Tbilisi, steps away from both - historical landmarks and modern attractions. The hotel's vibrant design blends contemporary style with Georgian cultural heritage, reflecting the bold colors and textures of the country landscapes and folk art. Its centerpiece, a whimsical sheep art installation crafted from glowing lamps, sits in an amphitheater-style lobby inspired by Georgia's mountainous terrain, setting the stage for a memorable stay.

"One of the best hotel chains. I love that it is green and environmentally conscious. They have water towers on every floor and jugs in the room to get water. Beds are really soft and comfortable. The hotel is clean and has a lot of unique decor and lots of areas for you to sit. You can get free tea and coffee downstairs. This hotel was near all the areas you need and easy to walk where needed. Definitely recommend."

I had an incredible stay at Shota@Rustaveli Boutique Hotel as a solo traveler blending work and leisure. The location is perfect—centrally situated in Tbilisi, just a short walk from the Tbilisi Opera and Ballet Theatre and the Georgian National Museum, making it ideal for exploring the city. The room was well-equipped with a comfortable desk that was perfect for getting work done. The service was outstanding, with attentive and friendly staff who made me feel right at home. This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tbilisi!

We absolutely loved Novotel! The location is superb: a 10-minute walk to major attractions, and the metro is just 2 minutes away. Yet, the hotel itself is situated on quiet streets, with no tourist crowds or car horns – absolute silence (we have something to compare it to in Tbilisi). The rooftop pool offers a stunning view and is open from 8:30 AM to 10:00 PM. The breakfast is varied, with delicious coffee and a good selection of fruits. The staff are very pleasant, polite, and helpful. The cleaning is excellent – everything is very clean and tidy. Next time we're in Tbilisi, we'll choose this hotel again.

The renovation isn't new, the room wasn't smoky, but it was noisy. The first two nights were quiet, then it became a nightmare. Especially around 4 AM, there was an incredibly loud noise from a garbage truck or something similar. I asked the reception to check if the window had been broken during cleaning, but nothing was ever fixed. The advertised king-size bed turned out to be two single beds pushed together. Even the mattresses weren't shared; each bed had its own. There was a card on the nightstand that you had to leave on the bed to get the sheets changed. But it was hit-or-miss: one time I left it, and nothing was changed, they didn't even make the bed completely. The next day I left it again, and they did change them. This was noticeable because the duvet cover had a rather impressive grease stain from a squashed moth, the presence of which, by the way, was also not great. Dental kits had to be requested daily at reception. Why can't they be replenished during cleaning if a request has already been made and the staff can see they've been used? Management will probably come up with an excuse, but for the customer, it's incredibly inconvenient. I've never encountered anything like it before.

This hotel is located by the river and boasts a beautiful interior, excellent facilities, and stunning views. From the room windows, you can overlook most of the city. It's incredibly convenient to go downstairs for meals or to visit attractions. Transportation is also very accessible; a bus stop is just about a 5-minute walk away, where you can pay with a credit card to get to the airport – cheap and convenient.

The staff are friendly enough, but there are a lot of additional rules that aren’t advertised in advance of arrival. A whole list of them. If you are a couple getting married in the city, don’t stay here, go for the hotel piano instead. It’s a little more out of the way, but much better and similarly priced. If you are solo travelling, it’s probably acceptable, but expect to have to wear plastic shoe covers at all times and if you are from the west you will probably be confused and offput by the signage in the toilets. For a city centre “hotel”, especially one with the word “party” lighting up the front, the facilities are more like a countryside outhouse that happens to be indoors. As many people mention in other reviews it is “clean” and well maintained, but you are also expected to discard used toilet paper in a bin, which has to be opened by hand, unfortunately. My wife didn’t think the shower facilities were clean enough either so we just left after a single day. Upon leaving, we attempted to modify our checkout date inside of the app and the staff refused to allow us to do so. Keeping the stay active beyond even the date we left the country and would have checked out early to begin with. It’s our fault for not cancelling the stay before arriving really, that we lost £130 or so. But you would expect a capsule style hotel to be more accommodating. In other words if you do stay here, don’t book several days at once, just book a couple of days and extend the booking on a day to day basis while you are there. Otherwise you are potentially wasting your money if you don’t like the place. That said, there are worse places. Good luck.

I stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights. The first nights were fantastic - especially considering the price. The room was beautiful, bright, clean, nicely furnished, warm and very comfortable. The bathroom was beautiful, heated and clean too. And the staff were incredibly kind and friendly. The last night I stayed, however, my room had been double booked and so I was asked to move to a different room. Although things like this of course can happen, it seems to me that I am not the first guest to experience something like this and that reservations at this hotel therefore are inreliable … The room I was moved to was relatively clean, but in poor poor condition. There were cracks in the ceiling and walls, wallpaper was peeling off and the bathroom facilities including the toilet were in dire need of renovation. There was a gap between the door and the wall (leading outside), so the room was very very cold. IIn order to keep the room at a bearable temperature I had to have the air conditioning unit turned up to max (31 degree C) and on full speed turbo setting. This was noisy and even so, the room was still cold. There was also no WiFi in this room - which as a foreigner is very inconvenient. Worst of all, there was no hot water in this second room, so I was unable to shower before leaving. A night for only a couple of dollars/euro more at an Ibis budget hotel would be an incomparably better experience. That would in other words have been a nice experience. This was certainly not. The experience at this hostel thus depends very much on the room you are provided with. Had I been provided with the second room the first night I stayed, I would have checked out immediately. Very very cold, bad facilities, deeply uncomfortable. Had I not been a) moved from room to room due to overbooking and b) been moved to this particular second room, the overall experience would have been a 10/10.

Positive aspects: The hotel is newly opened, and the room itself is clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping is flawless – towels are changed daily, they are clean and in good condition. The bed is comfortable, Wi-Fi works reliably, and the climate control is adequate (neither stuffy nor too warm). The room is equipped with a TV, though the channel selection is limited (no movie channels such as TV1000). Standard amenities are provided: bottled water, slippers, and bathroom toiletries (mini-soap, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel), although body lotion, toothbrush, and toothpaste were not available. Breakfast is quite basic, but all items are fresh. I would also like to acknowledge the staff member who quickly resolved an issue with a steamer – she was smiling, friendly, and efficient. 1. Check-in experience and guest information: Upon arrival, there was no warm welcome, no escort to the room, and no luggage assistance. No in-room information was provided regarding Wi-Fi access, hotel services, bar prices, or the schedule of the conference (timing and location). All of this had to be inquired about separately after check-in. Additionally, the front desk had difficulty locating my reservation, which caused unnecessary delay. I stayed at this hotel to attend a conference that lasted from early morning until late evening. Unfortunately, instead of a good rest, I had a terrible experience that completely ruined my stay. 2/ Security issue (a nightmare at night): At around 3 a.m., while I was fast asleep before an important day, strangers walked into my room without any prior notice – they opened the door with their own key card. They were just as shocked to see me as I was to see them. Imagine waking up to find unknown people in your private space. Not only is this a serious breach of security and privacy, but a little while later I was woken up again – this time by a receptionist who came to personally apologize for the earlier intrusion. Instead of handling this in the morning or at least calling first, they woke me up a second time. I couldn't fall back asleep afterwards, and I had to get up very early. 3/ Staff response (dismissive and unhelpful): In the morning, I went to the front desk to ask how this could have happened and what the hotel was willing to offer as compensation for my ruined sleep and emotional distress. The female receptionist gave me a cold, cynical reply: ”We already apologized to you – what more do you want?” and ”You didn't sleep? That's your problem. We said sorry.” This attitude is completely unacceptable in the hospitality industry. She made no effort to understand the situation, offered no solution (be it a discount, a complimentary service, or even basic human empathy). For them, a formal ”sorry” seems to be a free pass for any mistake. Conclusion: This hotel cannot guarantee the most basic things – your safety and a good night's sleep. And the staff clearly don't know how to handle guest complaints except with arrogance and indifference. You cannot get back the sleep you lost at 3 a.m., and the feeling of insecurity stayed with me for the rest of my stay. I cannot recommend this hotel to business travelers or tourists alike. If you value your peace of mind, decent service, and actual safety – look elsewhere. Apologies don't replace quality rest, and the staff attitude here is truly disappointing.
