Stays at 3rd floor with a good view on the mountains. But to see the greatest view better go by stairs, not elevator. Truly attentive, friendly, and helpful staff that can help you anytime. The great recreational facilities listed on the website are all available and in good working order. The restaurant deserves special attention. We tried a variety of dishes during our stay. Georgian cuisine is simply delicious. I highly recommend trying the cream soups and khinkali. I’d like to add that the cheese pancakes were delicious, but I would have liked to have them—and the various breakfast options—served earlier; I missed having breakfast served early. I’d also like to see a map or at least a bus schedule with the routes. That was definitely missing, and it wasn’t always easy to figure it out on my own using the apps. And there are also lots of different birds in the area. I wasn’t able to do it on this trip, but maybe someone else will be lucky enough to wait for them and feed them by hand. I wish this wonderful place and the people who work here all the best and continued success.

We booked a double room with a balcony. We didn't have much time to choose a hotel, but we definitely picked a winner. The hotel is very pleasant and cozy, and the room was spotlessly clean. It had everything we needed: a kettle, hairdryer, towels, slippers, and toiletries (soap, shampoo, toothbrushes, and toothpaste). On top of all that, Luka, the hotel owner, was simply wonderful – friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help! That really made a difference. Don't miss out on enjoying the views from the terrace! The hotel is nestled in the charming streets of the old town, which adds to its atmospheric vibe. There are plenty of shops nearby, including a 24/7 Spar. Meeting points for tours are also within walking distance (Europe Square). Plus, the nightlife is right around the corner! We absolutely fell in love with Tbilisi and extended our stay for another day! We'll definitely be back, God willing!

Bioli Resort is honestly one of the most beautiful, peaceful, and luxurious places I have ever stayed at. Everything about this place exceeded my expectations, and I can confidently say that it will be my first choice every time I visit Georgia. The atmosphere is incredibly relaxing, the views are breathtaking, and the cottages are beautiful, comfortable, and very well equipped. Every little detail feels thoughtfully designed, from the appliances and facilities to the overall eco-friendly concept of the resort. The staff are absolutely wonderful — always welcoming, smiling, kind, and helpful. The food is delicious, and I especially loved the connection with nature throughout the property. They even have friendly animals, including llamas and beautiful birds, which makes the whole experience feel even more unique and special. It’s the perfect combination of luxury, comfort, nature, and tranquility. I genuinely cannot think of a single thing I didn’t like. Definitely one of the best resorts I’ve ever experienced, and a place I will keep coming back to whenever I’m in Georgia. 100/10. Absolutely exceptional. 🤍

The location is relatively convenient from the city and major attractions, within walking distance! There are many cafes and bakeries around. At the beginning, there was a lot of unpleasantness due to language communication problems! Fortunately, Ctrip helped to handle it! ! The ten-year-old boy at the back of the store who speaks fluent English is very hospitable and very helpful and warm! So the inn is pretty good!

Absolutely loved the place, vibe. Toilets were clean. Guest responsible in keeping it clean. Good polite banter. Good space to work. Wine. Piano and guitar were the perfect add. Do try to add a hand pan music instrument as well. Just lovely hostel.

The room I got was small and dark, but I only needed it for a night before my train to Batumi – for that purpose, this hotel is excellent, as the train station is a 5-minute walk away. I wouldn't stay here longer. The mattress was comfortable, and the bedding was good. The only downside (which could be a plus for some) is that it's next to the Deserter's Market. There might have been some loading/unloading going on at midnight, or perhaps something was being unloaded right next to the hotel, so I couldn't fall asleep immediately – such work is very audible (something was constantly clanking until about 2 AM). There's a currency exchange and a 24-hour Spar supermarket nearby. The room also has a kettle.

Great hotel, big cozy room, new plumbing, beautiful location in the historic center of the old city. There is a kitchen with everything necessary and dining room. Very attentive host. We have a great rest. I recommend this hotel

This hotel is based in a very busy area - with lots of traffic - it’s fairly well priced and has lots of amenities around the place. It is also convenient for the mountains with a mini bus stop some 500 Metres away. The staff were very welcoming and the cleaning staff helpful - reception staff tried to help wherever they could. I would recommend for anyone needing to be in this area or arriving from Kazbegi etc.

The next morning I returned the car and caught a flight. This place is close to the airport by car, so I chose it. It has a good value for money. There is a restaurant next to it, and the local dishes are quite good.
