Less than half an hour after I booked the hotel, the hotel manager Wang (whose full name I found out when I left was Wang Lina) contacted me to see if I could bring my children and what time I would arrive. Knowing that there were children, we gave them small gifts and welcome fruit drinks. I visited the Santai Mountain Rice Drying Terrace twice, but after playing, I didn't want to play anymore 🤣 I might visit it a third or fourth time in the future... The hotel 1. The hotel is very neat and clean, and the turndown service is particularly good. There are welcome fruits and some snacks. The real world has added this young lady (Miss Shi Limin at the front desk), she is really considerate! I woke up in the morning after checking out today and wanted to take a bath🛀 but there was no hot water! I called the front desk three times but no specific notice was given about the availability of hot water. Then I bothered Ms. Shi Limin again. She said she hadn't gone to work yet, so she would make a call first to help with the matter, and then she would send me a message within ten minutes. He said that because the hotel was full yesterday and there was no hot water supply, he could apply for a later check-out and I could take a hot shower. Okay, I was moved again. The receptionist called me later. It was Miss Shi Limin who came to work and called me to apologize. They also applied for a hand-warmer cup for us because of the hot water. I used to work in a hotel, and I feel that Ms. Shi Limin's service is really good. Within her limited ability, she makes customers feel at home, which is commendable. She is very responsible and patient. Encourage me, your efforts and persistence will become your own shining point 👍 Very considerate to solve the problem for us.

This is the fourth hotel we've stayed in during the holiday, having stayed at Hiltons, Marriotts, and high-rise hotels. My child said this was his favorite.
The environment is truly wonderful. The room we booked has a private courtyard in front, with beautiful greenery, and a viewing platform in the back, facing the water. The room also has a tea room and living room, all fully equipped.
I was a bit nervous about choosing this hotel on the website, wondering if it would be like the JW Marriott in Qufu, with a tram to the room. The walk from the room to the lobby took quite a while, which was quite cumbersome.
It was almost 10 PM when we checked in, and the staff was very professional and efficient in checking us in. They gave us a gift and a scenic spot ticket.
They guided us to the front door.
Because it was late at night, the courtyard lights were off. After checking in, I gave my child a bath and went to bed.
The next day, I woke up and saw the courtyard, which was truly stunning. My child was also pleasantly surprised.
The hotel is directly connected to the scenic spot, thanks to the overall planning of the project.
I was very satisfied and highly recommend!
[Three Suggestions]
1. The TV remote in room 6101 was dead. I wasn't sure, but when I opened the battery compartment, I saw bite marks from the previous guest. Apparently, I'm not the first person to experience this. 😂 Since it was already past 10:00 AM when I checked in, I didn't want to bother the front desk staff.
2. Each person in the room should have two pillows, one high and one low, or one firm and one soft. One pillow is definitely too low for me, so I made do with the sofa.
3. There were a lot of mosquitoes. I know, with a lawn in the front yard and a water feature in the back, it's hard to avoid them. There was a mosquito repellent lamp in the yard, but it wasn't turned on. It would be best to implement specific countermeasures to address this issue.

GGuest UserThe hotel is good value for money, it is located in the city centre, right next to Baolong Plaza. There are quite a few places to eat and drink nearby.
The hotel offers secure underground parking.
The room has an air diffuser as well as a purifier, however, there was a very strong smell of cigarettes from previous tenants. If you are a coffee drinker, remember to bring some coffee with you as the rooms do not have complimentary coffee.
There is a massage chair in the room...but we didn't plug it in or try to use it for some reason

Everything else was fine, except that I broke out in rashes the next day after sleeping there (probably due to the hygiene of my nightgown). Other people who didn't wear them had no problem. ZZxiansheng……This stay was absolutely impeccable! Upon entering the hotel, the front desk staff warmly greeted us. Check-in was quick and attentive, and they provided helpful information about nearby attractions and hotel amenities. The room was clean and bright, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, which gave me a wonderful night's sleep. The bathroom was spotlessly clean, and the toiletries were high-quality. The hotel's location is perfect, with numerous shopping malls and restaurants nearby, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The breakfast was plentiful, with both Chinese and Western options, and the food was delicious. I was completely satisfied with my stay and will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area!
